This Medplus located near front gate of Global village tech park ... Be aware of the rates and the discounts, They provide 20% discount above Rs 1000/- and 10% for below Rs.1000/- bill. The problem here is the MRP of the products if you don't observe they will charge more than the MRP and provide discounts on it.. I brought this tablet which is having a clear MRP of 189/- but if you observe the bill they charged Rs. 204/- and they gave 20% discount overall still they have taken Rs. 48/- extra from me.. Not only these outlets any products you buy please make sure you check the actual prices on the products and cross verify with the bills which have discounts mentioned... I have added the photos for the reference. DON'T FALL FOR DISCOUNTS ENSURE YOU CROSS CHECK THRICE IF REQUIRED BEFORE THE PURCHASE THIS IS APPLICABLE TO ALL ONLINE SHOPPING AS WELL...!!

The ointment I needed wasn’t available, the staff wasn’t even helpful enough to let me know where I can get it. The tablets I needed were there but since I didn’t have cash on me and their system has been down since early morning, I couldn’t buy it. This is the only medical store around here and if they behave this way, it is not acceptable. Phone pe, paytm, any online transaction series wasn’t available

They don't stock of most medicines. The service is also very slow. The place is near global village. Near to DD supermarket opposite to BigBox. There are not many medical shops in the near vicinity. Else you have to go to GV back gate. There is parking space available.

Not run as professional unit. No proper guidance except security guard. This is HR unit no one care for candidates. Let alone guide them. No one to offer a glass of water. Make u wait in lunch hours. Courtesy is main plus for HR that completely lacks.

Worst service ever....It's been 2 years I'm visiting this shop...Till now no improvement, same lazy service all the time(believe me, they will take min 15min to attend one customer) .....Medplus management should take care of it....

Very slow and inefficient staff. The place always have new staff and seems to be needing more information on the medicines available and kept. There isn't any good medical shop nearby so the shop is ok.
