This is a great practice if you have small children, they bulk bill for kids. For regular patients if there are no appointments available and it is an emergency they will squeeze your child in if possible - this is the greatest thing your doctor can do for you as a mother. The kids love the stickers at the end of the appointment also and will see no one other than Dr Allan Kwong! Im not sure what the other reviewer is talking about - toilet facilities are available and have been for the past 3 years i've been attending the centre. They are disability access toilets and have a change table available. There are toys for the kids, a tv in the waiting room and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The service at the front counter has definitely improved since 2010 when we first attended. I believe that Jay is referring to a different medical centre On the other hand, if you are an adult and want a detailed explanation on what's happening, this may not be the place for you. Some of the doctors are indeed arrogant and this can be very annoying when you're looking for a thorough approach. This does not apply to their nurse Jade, she is an absolute gem!

Rude staff, arrogant Dr's, no facilities inside. No Airconditioning. No toilets. This is the worst medical center i have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Staff spend all of their time arguing who is going to what. There is no order. I dont know why people make appointments when Dr just comes out, thumbs through files and takes the ones he likes. If you question any of the Dr's there they just tell you to get out. If you want more information or something doesnt sound right, just leave. Had to wait 6 weeks to get in to see a specalist, he had the wrong file for my child and blamed me and yelled at me because i told him that the file wasnt right. The most obious tell tale was that he refered to my daughter as "so, how's your little boy going?" AVOID at all costs.

I was referred by my group of friends in the western suburbs and they told me Dr Alan Kwong is the best doctor they have ever seen! My dad was reluctant to see doctors even he was very sick but I brought him to see Dr Kwong and he absolutely changed his mind after visiting him. There are all friendly staff in the clinic and I can't find any arrogant doctors so far. Dr Kwong diagnosed us and provided us with a very detailed explaination. My dad is very comfortable to speak to him on his issues so he has now become our doctor for the whole family! Thanks to all the dedicated staff at the clinic. Really appreciate it.

I can almost always get an appointment with Dr Allan within 24 hours and he is SO good with my son. He cares… and it’s hard to come across a GP that is like that these days. Recently my 11 month old has been very sick. He has called me every morning to touch base and assess his condition day by day. The only downfall of this clinic are the reception staff. Not friendly and I have actually witnessed them breach patient privacy and confidentiality twice while in the waiting room on spectate occasions. One receptionist was answering the phone calls on loudspeaker which is just insane.

Just arrived today 16/02. I guess what some people have said about “bad receptionist”, I would totally agree. The girl was so unempathy and the way how she speaks is rude. The doctors are great as other said. It is such a big shame! I reckon if this girl/other doesnt like to work in public health (which requires lot of patience and care), well there is the door at the front. Just leave and get other job. Grow up! And dont put your discomfort and rude behaviour to the patient that already has been sick!

Kyani the receptionist ,if this lady continues to work as a health worker at this clinic, they should consider a higher public liability immediately, before someone's dies in fornt of their door step as a result of there disgusting receptionist manner. I have emailed the clinic manager and will complaint to the ombudsman and will not stop till she is completely removed.

Dr Kwong is one of the best doctors I've ever come across. He communicates really well and will give you everyday tips to remain healthy. In my experience he has never prescribed unnecessary medication and will always go through logical, structured treatment and get you on the path to recovery I could not be more thankful to Dr Allan. He is our family doctor now

One of the female recptionists L was very rude. Habitually scolded patient and cut the patient off if you called for enquiry (it happened few times on me and my family members). She was impatient and non-empathetic. The doctors are excellent, the only thing that turned the patient away is the unprofessionalism of the receptionist.

I see Dr. Kwong for some time now and he is amazing (5 Stars). The staff however, especially the young lady today 03.09.2019, is unprofessional and rude. Once I finished, paid and was waiting for my Medicare rebate which I need to mention to her she told me I have to do it myself and left it with that. Very unprofessional

I've been here a few times I've seen Dr Zhang, Dr Gershenzon and today Dr Syeda. They were all incredibly good and caring doctors who listened to me. I felt comfortable each time and I always find the receptions very nice and helpful too! ☺ from just asking where the bathrooms were to getting the Medicare rebate.

The L receptionist attitude is unacceptable with no patient at all when answering the phone. I’m this clinic regular patient which is more than 6 years, her rude attitude make me feel very disappointed and don’t really want to come back to this clinic again. Bad experience!!!

Amazing and quick service. Usually go to see Dr Zeng and Dr Padanyi and am never disappointed with the excellent care they provide. The young lady at the front desk is extremely professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this clinic …

Have been to many Doctors and Medical centres. This one is great. Comfortable clean reception. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have seen two Doctors here and both were great, professional yet easy to talk too. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Kwong and Dr Padanyi are two of the best general practitioners I have ever known. They follow up on everything and their communication is excellent. I’ve been with this practice for 15 years and will never go anywhere else !

Highly discriminating practice. Dr keep calling their own people even though our appointment is there. Receptionist also agreed that our appointment is 30 mins prior but Dr keeps inserting his own appointment!!!

The reception can only progress a claim if you paid by debit card, have not encounter this with any other medical center. More worse is the reception is unprofessional and careless. Not the place to go back to!

Went here on Thursday. After a series of bad experiences with doctors it's a relief to at last find a GP who is thorough and explains what they are doing.

Rude staff. I was also told that even tho this was displayed as a bulk billed clinic I had to pay $70 upfront then go to Medicare to get reinbursed.

Great experience with the doctors here. I always get a quick appointment, and the reception staff are lovely. Happy patient!
