I am giving this review only because of neglegence of Dr samee Akhtar his team his team is totally unpredictable and unprofessional actually dr samee he gave delivery and operation date but the day I went there in medicare staff said Dr samee is on leave for two days but his junior staff will accommodate us I disagree .I went immediately to city hospital and requested them to get it done they helped me and I am very great full to Dr ejaz Ahmad his professionalism know how to deal with daily medical conditiond.emergency can be happened with anyone but Dr samee his staff didn't informed me doctor samee is on leave actually my wife went in emergency and my baby went also in emergency for three days .I discussed this matter with doctor ejaz and wanted do some legal action against Dr samee and his team why they didn't informed the patients who those who got approved appointment on the given dates .but Dr ejaz said to me don't do this Allah gifted you baby in your hands forget the past what happened move on samee and his team must be thanks to Dr ejaz .please update your team and staff for avoiding this kind of act what I doing on social media .

No comfortable parking. No friendly guiding staff. Antiseptic measures not up to mark in washroom as there were no hot water and drier or tissue paper to dry your hands. Insufficient washrooms as another person had to wait while i was in their washing my hands because thre's only two washrooms one cmode one simple on the ground floor which are quite insufficient given the patient loads. Consultant obstetrician didn't examine the patient himself rather relied on a junior lady dr's history and examination. Overall more of just a bussiness place. I myself saw the one of the owner of the hospital querreling with a patient attendant due to parking area issues. No proper canteen. No security check ups of those going into the building. Main reception area is comfortable neat and clean though. Drs prematurely mislead a healthy follow up case to get an admission even before confirming the labs without evedance based approach and this lead the case experience mental agony for more than a week. Later when there was no evidence to go the other way they retreated and suggested to go the normal way and i appreciate that.

Nice and Clean ambience, the waiting times to see specialist is very Long especially when you are coming with family, it is surely not convenient to sit on chairs and stare on the walls or pass Byers as you wait for your turn, extremely Long wait times 4-5 hours even when the appointment has been made. They keep saying it is very busy and will get a turn but then seen accepting more patients to receive financial gains. I was very close at Leaving but was stopped by my family member not to do so, Most of our evening was wasted in the visiting corridor Improve your service by limiting the amount of patients who arrives without appointments please give another day/ times for appointments. Also employ more staff members as that would be better Pay close attention at Toilet cleanliness and hygiene standards.Hardly any hand liquid available and the toilet was messy with wet floors and it was so Smelly. Very high fee for appointments to see Doctor/ specialists ... There is lot of room for improvement at service delivery and prioritising patients needs and standards !

Hospital get its share through doctors. I don't know whether Medicare administration was involved in this, but I will not go there ever again, just because of one bad fish, the whole pond becomes dirty. I am talking about Mr. Samee Akhtar who took the level of miscommitments to another level. His team will write somewhere in your file Open package and will not tell you unless you get admitted. Then they will ask you to pay alot of money because your case is complicated and they will have to involve General surgeon. Then he himself will scare you that there is this risk and that risk. Jab k acha doctor kabhi patient ko drata nahi hai. And if you ask him about the miscommitments, he will blame it on his young intern doctors. I am so very disappointed that a doctor of this age and reputation is so dishonest. I hope that if Medicare was not involved in all of this, then it will take some action against this butcher but that's not gonna happen because medicare kha raha hai doctor se lay k. They all are interlinked in doing what they are doing.

(Highly Not Recommended) I've been a victim of Dr. Syed Ahmer Hussain (eye specialist). He did a cataract operation of my father which was covered by an insurance. The level of greedness by the hospital administration and The doctor has costed us a huge loss in the form of eye sight. First time he did an operation and did not put the lens saying the eye lid is not strong enough to hold the lens my father was in the house for more than 3 weeks bcz he could barely see through the other eye and they claimed the full amount from the insurance (including lens). Next time again they charged the whole amount and put a lens which was much cheaper than the promised price. Now the eye sight has dropped alot and other doctors (including a friend of me) have said now it is difficult to do another operation and it is because the previous operation was not done correctly. Stay away from medicare hospital they are butchers and wont hesitate to earn money if they have to cut your belly or destroy your eye sight.

It's 200% true. The medicare hospital only care the money not care the patient. I have been charged more than one lack for 26 hours. On the name of patient tests charge more than 40k within a day. Can someone explain a patient can take medicine in a sigle night cost 27k. Patient is sick. Not fed any thing even two to three sip of water. What the hell is happening? Patient condition is serious so in 26 hours not visit any professional doctor only female nurses take Charge. In ICU not allowed any attendant but in giving time table whenever i ask about the patient health only one thing to hear now patient is recovering. But no improvement. For God sake please care the patient. You are human so be human Thank you

Butchers! Monster Inc. Doctors make sure that patients get each and every possible medical tests to make most out of you (Probably Commission Agents/Doctors). Room/admin staff is keen for 'methaee' money. Just paid 300000 rupees for 2 days admission and treatment of Child birth. If, you ask for detailed invoice of all costs; you will not be getting any. Noble profession of doctor is being molded into commission sucking Maggots. During our visit a patient's family was asked to make full deposit of costs so surgery can be done If you watch Indian movie Gabbar you'll probably get the scenario what exactly happening in Medicare. Shameless Doctors and staff.!!!

So called physician There a doctor Tariq so called physician, when a patient was sent to him he asked to get labs from a particular lab or otherwise he will not accept the lab reports (probably chughtai lahore) and my patient had a reference there so he got a discount to get those labs but when he arrieved to so called physcian dr tariq, he totally refused the labs and said these are fake, BECAUSE NO 30% PROFIT WAS ADDED TO HIS ACCOUNT He is so pathetic that he asked the patient to go again and pay full payment (use no discounts) and then bring the labs.... ONLY BECAUSE HE CAN GET 30% SHARE.... im changing my rating from 4 to 1 now

my uncle has been admitted at this hospital and i must say the staff are lacking! Theyre not doing their job roles properly , they do not care how one is feeling. Its just about money money to them. They just love keeping patients in JUST for money. Not for caring. Im so angry at the staff and its such an appalling behaviour i can't believe they do not worry about end of life patients, they're not with them 24/7. They just do what they like. They have no manners either. I wouldnt recommend this hospital from the experience i heard with my uncle! God bless all patients

I have been working as Pharmacy Assistaint at Medicare from almost 6 months and it has been a pleasure working here. Staff is very supportive and they cooperate in every problem. Pharmacists are very kind to us and they understand our problems and needs. Most importantly, the environment of Medicare is worth working as there is almost every facility available for staff and there is nothing which we have to complain about.. Admin is doing their duty at their best by keeping everything updated.. Thank you Medicare ❣️

The same usual pathetic behaviour of staff nurses.i found male crew even more cooperative than the female counterpart.working in such elite environment needs a light feather behaviour to the PATIENT but sorry to see their same ill response like they r working in gov setups. Besides the good welcome and well equipped ICU u dont want to mess,sorry dont want to talk to staff(especially female nurses). What suggestion can i make.sorry they r always a bad trainee...always...

Medicare hospital is top heath care center in multan with a attractive and tall storey building located in multan city on abdali road.some day ago i visit this place really it is full of modern labs facility and competative doctors and prudent nusing staff.every operation,surgery be carefully. There i observed cleanliness arrangement 100%.wash room easily available,no noise of bad voice.vast sitting place and two wheelchair,i can say it is a palatial on earth.

The whole hospital is too congested in comparison with other private hospitals like 'City Hospital' etc. There are no comfortable chairs in sitting area. These types of chairs/sofas are very uncomfortable that you cannot sit more than 5 minutes. Its posture is so bad. Infrastructure is not so good. Only one thing that is good and best is parking area for bikes and cars. They should really change their waiting chairs so that people can sit properly and easily.

Well an excellent healthcare facility in Southern Punjab. Excellent well equipped ICU and similarly well equipped ORs. I operated one patient here ( did brain surgery) and I m really more than satisfied. After working in JCI approved hospitals in different countries, I can say although it's not JCI approved,but it's not less than those. Great contribution by Professor Mahdi Hassan.

A very bad worst experience at Medi care with dental Dr oh not a Dr he is a butcher man his name was Dr Asif don’t ask me he destroy the teeth and now his case is in the court and charge me much more money so be careful of specially that Dr asif dentistry otherwise you’ll cry later on they have no human heart.
