Got my covid test done at Medintu, Hyderabad. Mr.Rafiq was my point of contact and he patiently answered all my queries regarding the test. Mr Sandeep Reddy was the technician who came home to take the sample. He was right on time and had promptly send the reports by evening. I needed few updates in the report and Mr.Rafiq had sent me an updated report in 5 min. At the airport, the authorities wanted my dob in the covid report, as mentioned in the passport. Had contacted Rafiq and he had sent an updated one in no time. I thank Rafiq for his patience and deligence.

I don’t live in India so I was really worried of getting medical help for my parents ASAP. The doctor came to visit my parent’s home in Lucknow. I was in touch with him on WhatsApp and he managed the visit and payment smoothly.

Extremely bad service and now I doubt they are genuine. We took the RT PCR test for entire family on 12th May and still no report on 16th. If you guys can’t handle the load then why take the samples in the first place and put patients in the dark over results. We tried reaching out to all their numbers and they kept saying we’ll send in 10 mins and never hear back. These are the times when we need honest and genuine people. Will not recommend to anyone.

Great communication and follow up Prateek Singh of Medintu. I had ordered 3M Masks for a travel emergency, they promptly dispatched the original product for a fair price. I was impressed as they were very clear with communication. They also showed extra concern when there was a problem with courier service provider and was constantly following up until it was successfully delivered.

Bad service. They ask for all detail and claim to provide injection services within three hours and after one hour after taking all details, they irresponsibly convey that nurse is not answering the call! It clearly shows that they don’t have control over their operation. Three hours service is a total false claim. Day two and waiting for a nurse to provide injection service.
