Really really positive experience today & I’m really pleased to give a review to the megaboutique store - located in Notting hill, in Melbourne Victoria - is an online retailer & I click & collected an order today, where I met 2 staff members, that worked there (1 was the boss! & the other - was not Judith! Lol) served me & both of them were just lovely! The little shop is also quite cool! & to me - it was immediately obvious that these 2 people knew what they were doing! As they so obviously enjoyed running this business & they were quite simply, exactly what everyone should expect- when it comes to customer satisfaction & professionalism & it was Kinda nice because - I found them also quite generous! Hehe I mean, I felt pretty special on this visit… To be quite honest! But it may have been just about the timing & all? I dunno… But I was so pleased with all of my stuff! & because of this really positive experience today - I know I will definitely go back! & I know that I will also be recommending them & their online store to my family & friends as well! Very happy with the service provided by Mega Boutique, I sent an enquiry after I placed an order last Thursday to request they process my order as a priority because I want to give the items as a gift to my friend this Saturaday, Risma responded me very quickly and they shipped my order next day as promised, I just recieved my items, they look good, the delivery company doesn't update the tracking information on time though, it says the order is in transit, then the box just showed up in front of my door this morning, anyway, on their website they did mention the estimated delivery date is today, so at least I know that's accurate now, was worrying about if they can make it today. Really happy with this purchase, highly recommended. Will definetely come back again in furture.

I have purchased a few items from Mega Boutique over the past year and their service is nothing short of excellence, I have found that their range of quality products to be competitively priced against other online retailers I have researched. My experience with online shopping has been hit and miss - mostly miss... Mega Boutique were absolutely fantastic. I bought lots of different products, a benchtop compost bin, 4 bowls, a replacement saucepan lid for one I'd broken, a new throw rug, tea/coffee and sugar tins, and a a gift for a friend. Every single thing I bought was fantastic quality, despite the low price tag. It all came in a big box - each item individually and carefully wrapped (no breakages of course). The delivery was so fast I was totally surprised. With so many things ordered, you would think one or so might have a slight imperfection - nope. Quality was outstanding. I could recommend this shop any more.

Absolutely loved this company ❤️ I phoned before ordering online to make sure they were legit as had been burnt before. The lovely gentleman reassured they were 100% legit, and if my 7piece whiskey decanter set was broken upon arrival (which it would not because he was packaging it himself ) they would send a replacement. Ordered 3 weeks prior to Xmas - was kept updated on delivery info from Australia Post however on the day that it was to arrive i recieved a message saying it was 'delayed'. The item did not arrive at all. Mega Boutique were excellent - they sent me the tracking information and completed a missing item report with Australia Post. They sent another one for me. 5 stars for these guys. Great customer service. Will purchase from them again.

What was great about my order from Mega Boutique was that it DIDN'T go to plan but their communications and follow up were amazing! One of my items wasn't in stock and they emailed straight away to let me know, AND they gave me a time frame for it arriving. The order shipped so fast even with the item they had to wait on, it was faster than a lot of stores at the moment. I really appreciated their great communication on my order.

Mega Boutique has a great selection of kitchenware at very reasonable price. The delivery status was not updated for more than 2 weeks and enquires raised with Auspost went nowhere. I emailed Mega Boutique asking for their help and Risma sorted it out with Auspost within a day of my email, enabling me to pick up the long-awaited items on the very next day. Misleading shipping times and slow communication. Only one item from order said 5-10 days, so they held up entire order for the 1 item. 10 days after I ordered they said they would be further delayed. Asked if I wanted in stock items sent, said YES. Replied 15 days later asking me again if I want them sent separately as they still don't have the 1 item in stock. Said Yes again! Still waiting.

I came across Mega Boutique for the first time while looking to replace an excellent brand of scissors. Unfortunately the item wasn’t in stock however Mega Boutique were fantastic. They kept me updated regarding the delivery date, advised when it arrived in store and posted it the same day. Excellent customer service and friendly helpful staff. My online order was cancelled almost as soon as I made it - three days later, I received an email saying their “supplier's system has had a glitch and enabled listing of unavailable stock”. Instead, they offered 15% off full price stock until 1 January - essentially, a bait and switch sales tactic. Buyer beware.

Says express but only ships 5-10 business AFTER they get the product. Also no guarantee for next day ship after the recive the product. So their idea of “express” is 12 business days maybe … what a joke. Also said they would call me and didnt on the day or the next. Emailed me. What a cop out.

Very happy with the Wilkie Brothers glass jug and two Avante 1.5ltr double walled drink bottles but... the wait for the order to be shipped was too long. Ordered on the 25th June. Shipped on the 5th July. Arriving at a Sydney suburb address on the 8th July. Very disappointing.
