I came in today looking to inquire some information about buying some second hand lawn maintenance equipment, and ended up having an insightful conversation with I think his name was Daniel in regards to not only what I was after there myself, but he also gave me some useful information on buying a new gaming headset and trading/selling some of my old pop vinals (which I am now thinking of doing). Furthermore, today although Daniel mentioned during our chat how busy today has been, both Daniel and the other lady I think Wendy made sure to make time to satisfy the questions and assist all customers to the best of their ability. This is mainly because when someone would inquire about something with either Daniel or Wendy, they both had their finger on the trigger ready to lay out any and all information about buying/selling/trading as well as any general information about MegaCashs' process too. It genuinely surprised me with how well adept with knowledge and ready both staff members were to be able to rapidly help everyone.

Great little store, conveniently located with plenty of parking. Today was the second time I have been to the Emerton store and I have been served by Sam on both occasions. Not only is she wonderful to deal with, she is an absolute gem to have in store as she is very helpful and is very understanding. I do hope to be served again by Sam should I need to return in the future as she makes an awkward situation feel like you are talking with a friend. Thank you so much Sam, I really appreciate your awesome service.

I attended the Emerton store, I was blown away from the moment I walked in. The staff, Monday lunchtime, were nothing short of amazing! I’ve dealt with Sam from store to store and was very excited to see her over at Emerton, what a nice surprise and if one thing is sure, her customer service and happiness has not changed! I have a been a valued customer for over 10 years with mega cash... I have never ever experienced such awful abuse and rudeness from a customer service employee because i asked to speak the manager about her being rude.she proceeded to pretend to be the manager of the store when she is very well not. Would not recommend any mega cash stores ever to anyone after today's abuse

Mega Cash is the best pawn broker in NSW! They have great prices and always have a diverse array of stock on display; you never know what you are going to find. I especially love their store in Emerton because of the staff. Sam and Daniel are always super accommodating! I have gotten some incredible deals over the last couple of years!

What a great little store in the heart of Emerton! First time visiting and I was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful lady and her team.. Mega cash Emerton is absolutely amazing Sam and Wendy including the whole staff of Emerton mega cash have helped my family in our times of need as well as being able to purchase high branded items at a lower cost all still working at full capacity !! Served by Chantelle, excellent customer service. I was able to buy a Drill and some Basketball cards at a reasonable price and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommended if you're looking for a loan, buying new or used items or you just want to sell stuff that may be laying around the house.

I recently attended the Emerton Mega Cash store to cash in some much-loved items, because I was in need of some cash. The staff were amazing and understood how hard it was for me. I would highly recommend this store. The lady who works there is amazing, I wish I'd found out her name.

Recently attended this store, very clean and maintained to a good standard, the staff i spoke to on site was Daniel. he performed exceptionally, he was very polite and efficient helping both myself and the customers before me in a timely manner

This place is unlike no other second hand store. We asked what they would give us for our as new, never used but tested once M-Audio Carbon 6" Studio Reference Monitors with Kevlar woofer and natural silk tweeters which are valued as new,

So this has recently become my local store and my three interactions I have had with the workers of the store are great. Sam & Daniel are efficient polite and always happy to answer and help out if they can. Definitely be returning x
