~~Jesse (Sales Person) Was Great~~ I'd been looking for a bedroom set & recliner for months. It's an investment & I wanted something I knew I'd be happy with for some time so I took my time. I'd traveled to many local well reviewed stores in & around Austin, as well as visiting tons of websites. I wasn't finding everything I wanted & knew I could so I didn't settle & continued my pursuit. I wanted a reputable, well reviewed company with fair pricing & quality furniture. Seeking something with a commanding presence & am a fan of contemporary, modern, chic, & glamorous looks. I also wanted someone to set-up furniture rather than a doorstep drop. In my pursuit I'd find things I liked, but they either had poor reviews, high prices, no delivery/ set-up option, or extremely overpriced setup fees. When I did find all I wanted delivery was months out, like a ridiculous 4-5 months minimum. Two days before Christmas I decide to go on another search with no expectations of purchasing, yet hopeful to catch a sale & remove this task from my list. I hadn't heard of Mega Furniture but stumbled across them on the internet. They have a good ☆ rating, fair pricing, & styles I like. I add them to my stops & am glad I did. First, I walk in and am immediately pleasantly greeted by Jesse (Salesman). He guided me in the right direction then backed off just enough to allow me to browse without hovering. He came back with great timing to check on me, still careful not to hover. He actually stayed back & allowed me to browse, but noticed my interests & started pricing & checking availability when I'd walk away from the item. When I was ready & had questions he was right there with answers since he had been working in the background. Every question I had was answered immediately with direct knowledge & the one time he didn't have the answer he got it for me immediately. He mentioned he had been in the business for 30 years, honestly it went without saying, his professionalism & knowledge stated it for him. Not only did I have a great experience with Jesse, my sales person, which is rare. I also really enjoyed the Mega Furniture Store & experience. I went to many stores that appeared to have a large in-stock inventory based on? website, to find they had a small non-appealing store with little to no inventory. Not only that, the wait time for them to order it was ridiculously long. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in Mega Furniture (Parmer Crossing) & it was a huge store with lots of inventory, very clean, & spaced well so you can view each rooms furniture rather than everything being stacked on top of something else. In addition, they had a great in-stock selection in their off-site warehouse, meaning no long waiting period. I'm not too hard to please, BUT I do like what I like & have certain expectations, especially when spending a fair amount of money. I mentioned I was shopping for a bedroom set, I was also on the lookout for a couch/ loveseat set as opposed to recliner if it was well worth it. Lastly, I needed a small dining table with 2 chairs but wasn't willing to spend much. To my surprise the deals were so good I not only found a bedroom set, I also found a recliner couch/ loveseat set, & a very nice 2 seater marble table I couldn't pass up. Everything in one spot, it's all in-stock & will be delivered within about 2 weeks as opposed to 4 to 5 months. I recommend checking Mega Furniture (Parmer Crossing) out & ask for Jesse if you're interested in quality service & a good deal. I will be sure to update this review after I receive my order to let everyone know how the shipping time went along with the quality of delivery/ setup team, furniture received, etc... I'd be lying if I said I wasn't concerned at all regarding follow-through service based on some of the reviews I found after purchasing. I haven't had any red flags thus far & expect that my experience will continue to be great. Either way I'll keep everyone informed. Good Luck in your furniture finding venture.

The experience, staff and manager at this store is absolutely horrendous. My couch was delivered with different sized legs so one side was higher than the other and two completely different colors. Then was told I can’t get my couch delivered for another week, although the Delivery warehouse stated there was a delivery run to my area next day - but the manager never called to ask if we could be added to it and now it’s booked. The manager - JOE - mentioned an independent delivery company we could use if corporate would approve the cost. Apparently corporate doesn’t believe in fixing their mistakes because the manager had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted my couch sooner, I could pay out of pocket for the outside delivery company. So - I was charged a “discounted price” (which was the online price, the couch was $400 more in store), I declined the 5 year warranty in store but was still charged the over $200 for it (it’s on my receipt) and now being told I have to pay for a SECOND delivery fee if I want my couch anytime soon. Will never shop here again, will never recommend ANYONE here. And no - I won’t email your corporate. You can call me to fix your mistakes.

I stopped in during work, and I asked where is the restroom and the gentleman inside told me where the restroom was. As I was coming out of the stall, he was standing in the doorway with the door open waiting for me like a creep. I washed my hands and proceeded to leave. While walking out the front door, he cornered me and told me that he does not have a public restroom and he does not pay $12,000 a month in rent for people to come into his building and take a piss. Luckily for me, I took a big old poop. Originally while in the restroom, I was thinking about how he was nice to let me use his facilities and considered buying furniture from him as my new home is almost finished being built, but he ruined any chances of that with his poor attitude and rude behavior.

So far, we are impressed. Miryam's customer service was great. She showed us what we were looking for and made sure to check prices and availability on the spot while we tested the pieces for comfort. She also spoke to her manager and got our delivery date bumped up. We walked away happy! I will update the review once the piece gets delivered. UPDATE: I am beyond happy! Our couch arrived today (2/23), and we visited the store on 2/20. Our delivery was supposed to happen on 3/1, but somehow they managed to get the couch to our door a week in advance. It looks awesome. Perfect condition, clean, intact. Thank you, Mega Furniture! You have a customer in me!

This is a terrible store. They will sell you broken furniture and wont accept a return. I initially asked for a replacement, sent 6 emails, called 5 times, even visited the store twice, and they kept rejecting to replace it. After 10 wasted days and tons of communication I asked to return it for a full refund they finally offered a replacement. I lost trust in them and asked for a return which they rejected. I ended up paying $1136.62 for the broken item you see in the pictures. Please protect your money and time and do not buy from Mega Furniture.

Had an amazing experience from the time we walked through the door with salesperson Miryam. She helped us right away. We walked the whole store and she gave us the proper space and help. She wasn't pushy and she got us a great deal! Definitely recommend. We were very skeptical with the previous reviews, but we went anyway and it was GREAT! Thank you all so much Miryam, Joe(manager) and Charlie! Miryam, you were absolutely outstanding. Your smile was the reason we felt comfortable and welcomed!

Bought a living room set and dining set, couches were delayed. One of recliners did not work on delivery, the delivery person promise to get back and haven’t heard back. Tried calling the store they keep sending to customer service and customer service not responding. Other pieces were scratched up Store is not taking responsibility as they are asking me to take the furniture back to the store to pick another item instead. Not recommended.

A great selection of couches and loveseats. Charlie was a great help to us with price points and information about the products. As a good salesman he authorized a discount on the sale price as well!! We ended up selecting a set that was on sale and were able to get it within two days! They charge less than other stores for delivery and set up

Alexandrea was very patient with us throughout the entire shopping experience. And although she didn’t know everything about the furniture we bought, I was pleasantly surprised with the discoveries. We were treated very Well while trying to decide which sectional to buy and I’m very please with our purchase.
