My service request was urgent (24hrs prior to vacate). Staff at Megabox were amazing. Coordinated holding spot over the phone on day of booking for me to transport personal belongings to Rosebery facility the next day. Upon arrival all staff extremely helpful. Floor staff expedited my box location for stacking to allow removalists on hourly rate to turnaround job quickly - at their own discretion. Paperwork at office seamless. Once completed staff even provided transport information to return as I was unfamiliar with the area. Couldn't speak more highly of all staff and seamless process. They truly saved the day to someone under pressure. Delighted to have discovered Megabox and their services. Thank you all. Highly recommend.

We loved the efficiency of Mark and Sonny who packed our pods and then 18 months later, unpacked them again. Highly recommend using this packing and redelivery service - no head aches at all. They were a pleasure to deal with. And our precious furniture, art, books, clothing and all our belongings came out of 18 months in storage impeccable; no damp, no mould or any damage (especially after the wettest summer we just had in Sydney) Clearly the warehouse and facilities are kept in top notch condition. And the online and phone customer service by Jeff, Maril and the team was amazing - they were always quick to respond and always helped when we needed them. Highly recommend Storage Plus.

All my furniture got ruined and was so so dirty. Not very accessible either as you have to give notice for when you need access (for example, I emailed on a Thursday morning requesting access for Sunday and was denied). The man that works at the front desk is nice though Also the only reason why this place has so many positive reviews is because they send you an email while you have your stuff in storage with them offering a $50 storage credit or a $20 Westfield gift card if you post your review within 2 weeks haha

Storage Plus in Rosebery was very receptive to my requirements and although the methodology of storing in pods is different from what I was used to, it seems to work well for anyone who doesn't require frequent access to their stored goods. I like the idea of having the pod transported to my house and having it picked up when i have filled or emptied it at the start and end of my storage period. They also gave me a much more reasonable rate for the storage costs than their competitors.

Storage Plus has been a great option for us to use amongst a few college students sharing it together. staff has also been helpful in helping us shut doors, etc. At the beginning though, it would have been much more helpful if storage plus had notified us of the once a month accessing box rule (which they didn’t until after the deposit had been paid. However, they tried their best to accommodate us and gave us more accesses per month after we contacted them.

Storing with StoragePlus in a Megabox could not have been simpler. First phone call I experienced great customer service with competitive and transparent pricing. On the day I was moving goods into my Megabox the process was super simple, couldn't have been any longer than 5 minutes to sign the documents and be directed to my box. The Megabox storage is very spacious, clean and with plenty of room to park your van and load. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I have to say I found my experience with storage plus was a really good one from the first phone call to the last , told them what I was after and they explained everything and reckoned the perfect size and got it spot on! Staff was amazing also the day I forgot my box key , they had someone on hand to cut my old padlock and provided me another for my box . I hate moving house but if or when it happens again I’ll be back to storage plus ! Thanks guys!

I cannot speak highly enough of our movers Sunny and Mark! They were exceptionally professional, worked quickly and very hard, called us on their way and arrived on time. From previous experience we’ve also found they are better cost value than some other companies.

The booking team was responsive & organised. My only complaint is that the removalists arrived later than specified. Other than that, they were truely great and got the job done efficiently. Despite a few hiccups, they maintained a can do attitude and were more than accommodating to any challenges on the day. Price for the service offered is definitely well worth it - would recommend.

Hi Fellow mates, I had used Storage Plus facility for about 9 months and I had a great experience. Experience being how easy it was to communicate with staff and how helpful they were. I'm not sure if they have app to communicate never thought of checking but I used to send email and got reply same day. It was easy to access in Storage as well all the time. Thanks Nik

Great service! We left our stuff for two years there and it was all dry and safe when we finally collected it. Easy to book delivery of the box. The big bump on the road with this company that after 20 months paying our premium they decided to cancel our policy. It’s great that all our items were safe at the end. Otherwise it would be a disaster.

I've had a super positive experience with Megabox. They were organised, kept me informed prior to dropping the box, and even brought out additional drop sheets when I called up on moving day. They looked after me and I feel confident my boxes are safe and secure! Would recommend over others! Good and fair pricing too!

Dealing with the staff is a breeze and they are genuinely helpful and happy to talk you through the process. Got the Megabox delivered to where I need it to be and given plenty of time to pack it up. No better storage solution for long-term use. Highly recommended for its professionalism.

Best price we could find online. And the service from the pick up driver was excellent. Only issue was that they booked us in for a 'wait service', although we had called 3 days prior to change it to a 'drop off' service.. but I guess they didn't make the change properly in their system.

The removalists were very friendly and professional. Our storage box for a year was great value for money and the box was the perfect size for a 1 bedroom unit to store our items when we go travelling. Amazing professional service from all staff members.

Excellent storage and removal option. Box was delivered expertly by Mark and picked up 24 hours later. I was shown how to open/close and move if I needed to. I was provided with much packing info and was able to store all my possessions safely.
