I cannot praise Melbourne's Cheapest Cars enough - Siobhan on the phones, Leonard the Manager of the servicing/mechanical dept., Patrick and Sid and finally Max the head honcho. I purchase a car 6 weeks ago. Let's just say it had issues. Leonard patiently tried really hard to get to the bottom of the trouble, not only getting his mechanical team to replace parts but sending it back to the manufacturer for a thorough check. (Each time I got a loan car too!!) I ended up doing my own research on the issues and found that that model and year had very specific and major issues worldwide!! So when it all got too much, Max quite simply said "Melody, if you're not happy, pick something else out and we'll swap it over - we want you to be happy". Which is exactly what they did!!! I love my new car!! Could not be happier. I chose a Kia Rondo. Amazing condition and drives like a dream. What could have easily been a horrible and costly experience at any other used car dealership, was handled by professionals in a caring and supportive way. Thanks guys!! A++++++++++++++ 1000/10

Can't recommend these ladies and gentlemen enough. From the test drive, purchasing to after sales support. I can't fault them. Purchasing was easy and I wasn't pressured to purchase the car. From when I agreed to purchase the car, it was ready for me to collect after about two and a half hours. I got a full tank of petrol included in the purchase I had a couple of minor teething issues with my new car, one phone call and there was a loan car waiting for me and it was all fixed. The service team went above and beyond for me, showing me what parts were being changed, showing me that they were genuine parts and all. They even completed the major service free of charge for me, which included spark plugs and coolant. Car came back to me perfect and it hasn't skipped a beat since. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car from Melbourne's cheapest cars. I'm very pleased with my little Cruzey, and the brilliant service I received from the team. Thanks again, Norman

Really liked the experience dealing with their team (Patrick/Preeti etc) until the delivery date. As per their promises, the car was supposed to be detailed before delivery. But the interior was all but clean when we received the car. I called them two times , as the car was dirty when I test drove. They did promise to clean it before delivering it to our house - but nothing! We did try to resolve it , but the best they offered was. 50$ voucher which wouldnt have even covered a proper clean , leave aside detailing. Even though the delivery process was impeccable besides cleaning , I wouldnt trust them again with any expensive purchase. Would strongly suggest to pick up vehicle from their store , so at least you know what state you are getting it in. The other thing to keep in mind is that their prices are not drive away - unlike other dealers. They do advertise it accordingly, but just something to keep in mind that you will need to pay stamp duty on top.

Our lovely salesman Sid.D talked us out of buying a car with this place. THANKS SID He informed us of their warranty and all the loop holes they will make you jump through. More or less explained their warranty is not worth the paper its printed on Phew! what a close one. Sid would get 5 stars, but, unfortunately, we did have a massive breakdown in communication. He informed us the he forgot how to use his phone, hmmm. Poor fella. Non the less, a quick phone call to some friends higher up sorted this out and we got our refund back swiftly, just after the 6 weeks of no communication but we did get it in the end (This gave me plenty of time to buy a car with the real professionals at Toyota). What an experience. Please don't waste your time and money here.

Avoid! Medis Jagurdzija decided that he would prefer to lose a customer over $370. Appalling way to assist your customers. They sell cars with dodgy batteries. I parked my new (used) car in the driveway, blocking other cars and when I urgently needed to move it, the battery was flat after 5 days. It cost $770 for roadside assistance and they would only offer $400 - because according to them, I am an expert in battery replacement. The battery that was in the car had no markings whatsoever and I assume they have deliberately fitted an old battery just to deliver it - thereafter: not their problem. Absolutely appalling. I will be avoiding these dodgy used car sales men and recommend everyone to do the same.

Put a $500 deposit down to hold a car for a couple days. I was consistently emailing them over these 2 days with my information plus asking for information on other things, no reply or communication what so ever.. Only to find out on the last day of the hold that they had sold the car too someone else the day after I put a $500 deposit down?!?! And then more poor communication through the refund of my deposit.. took another 2 days to reply?? Poor communication from one of the sales people (in person and online) And now I am CC'd on the email with the person who bought the car It's almost like they didn't want my money which is a first for a car dealership What a joke lol.

Spoke with the friendly staff over the phone to arrange a time to book in a vehicle inspection sourced from CarSales. Drove about an hour to the warehouse, walked into the beautiful smell of polish off the buff, to find that the vehicle didn't seem to exist. Oh, this happened twice. Plenty R Grade > 3Bish Japanese auction grades at best... straight outta Rusto-kkaido with weird compliance stickers, mostly winter tyres, faded trim and wax in behind every badge, all overpriced around 10kish, anyhow, luckily escaped without finance. Most people shudder at the thought of purchasing a second hand car, and I must admit, I was a little apprehensive, but our new mechanic recommended Melbourne's cheapest cars, so we gave it a go. We were very pleasantly surprised at how friendly and relaxed our Salesman (Andrew Jordon) was, not pushy at all. It was a very positive experience and we are very happy. The reception staff were very friendly and the whole experience was good. Also happy with the car, so far, but it's early days, so we'll wait and see how it goes.

Recently bought a car here. Rod, the sales personnel and Rica, the business manager were very nice, easy to talk to and very accommodating. I would rate 5-stars to these staff. I am giving the company a generous 4-star rating as I had to get my car fixed with them twice for a faulty clutch system and a squeaky AC fan belt. Although easily fixed and got given a replacement car, had the car been tested and fixed before sending my way, it wouldn't have been sent back to them twice and would have saved all of us the trouble.

I read almost every review here on Google before I bought a vehicle from these guys. I am happy to say my experience was a very good one. Customer service is non-existent because they are so busy but I went there to buy a car and not for a good time. The vehicle was exactly as described online and was in good condition.
