I have engaged Zara from Melbourne Law Offices during my ordeal of family separation and False domestic and Sexual allegations. My ex wife made false allegations of domestic violence and taken IVO against me. This has been done with the intention of me not having access to my children. My Ex has used IVO when I went to Family court to stop access to my children. Once IVO was in place later on, she has proceeded to making false allegation of Breach of IVO. Breach of IVO is a criminal offence. Police interviewed me, followed by criminally charged me and sent to court with 5 different charges. After few days again, my ex-wife she went to police station made new allegations. Again, police charged me for the second time with 2 charges. I was totally devastated, Zara helped me in preparing my case. First Zara knocked the 2nd Criminal matter dealing with Police prosecution before the case went to trail. For the first matter we had a 2 days trail in the magistrate court. Zara prepared the case very strong, highlighting the discrepancies in the allegations and proving the evidence in contrary to police case, after 2 days of trail, Magistrate found me not guilty and I was a quitted. After that Zara went after the police for the cost, Magistrate ordered police to pay 60%of my legal cost. Again, next day my ex went to police for the false allegation for the 3rd time with another 5 different allegations of breach of IVO, Police again charged me criminally for the 3rd time. Zara prepared our case, we went through the police prosecution presented strong case to the magistrate in the direction hearing. Magistrate asked the police prosecution to look at the evidences presented, when we are back in the court Finally Police prosecution choose to withdrew provided I don’t ask for cost. I was on bail during this period, we decided not to seek cost to avoid the stress. Given all the criminal matters were being addressed, finally we prepared to challenge the Intervention order IVO. Before the pre-trail conference, we presented the evidences what we will be presenting in the contest. Police said they will no longer contest for the IVO. Finally, my ex realised and she volunteer withdrew the IVO. Zara has been the rock during my ordeal. She has supported me to go through this ordeal. Zara currently representing my children matter in the courts. I could not trust anyone else to do what Zara has achieved for me. Initially I have hired other expensive lawyers and barrister, who always encouraged me to accept without admission even though I was not guilty. Lessons learned, If you’re a man and you have children do not accept without admission if you’re not guilty. Because this will be used against you in courts and it is difficult for you to see your children My ex has made false sexual abuse allegations, which we are preparing to go to contest.
