Worst shop ever to deal with. They won't take back an office chair that I bought as a gift for a friend. He doesn't like it. It's too big for him and his office space. It's in perfect new condition. ( Mind you when I got it home I had to clean the metal legs as they were filthy and had marks and scratches on them. Chair seemed used. They have no refund return policy. None at all. I was told once you take an item or if the store that's it. So I'm stuck with an expensive $230.00 chair that I will have to try sell on eBay. I would be lucky if I can get $40 for it. To buy there was a BIG mistake. There's no refund, no return, no gift voucher to return and buy something else. Nothing. They don't care about customer service. I dont understand why they don't care about their customers. After all, not all purchases go right. I will NEVER, EVER shop there again. Also I had another issue with this ship 10 years ago. I bought a mattress which was as hard as concrete and they wouldn’t change it.

having bought a few pieces of furniture from here, I then bought more to set up my craft room. One piece when I unwrapped it was quite badly damaged. I phoned up, it was near closing time. I was asked to take photos in the following day. When I got there I found that a replacement piece had arrived in the shop and was all unpacked for me to look at. It was then delivered that very day. I am impressed with this service as the Company believed me and took action before I could get the photos to them. Well done and thankyou Melton Furniture and Bedding

Bill was very obliging, asked us what we were after from cheapest to the more expensive. Gave us some options. Settled on a "SleepTech" Mattress and had it delivered within a 1/2 hour at a Total Cost that was $100 cheaper than what the local Salvo's offered on what was an inferior brand. BIG Thankyou. I can get some sleep again after a week on the couch!!!

All lies, nothing is delivered on the time promised and forget about any after sales service. In case you want to cancel or return the product dont expect your money back. Absolutely pathetic, I just want Amazon to scale up along with Alibaba n then see these retailers running for their money.

Customer service is extremely poor. Waited inside for 5-10 minutes for any staff member to come help as I was wanting measurements for a couch. Safe to say my $2,000 will be going elsewhere. Customer service is everything when dealing with $2,000+ items. These people don't deserve your sale.

Would never go here again have sent us damaged dining table with stains wood missing & mould looking substance under the varnish.They won't return it & have been nasty even tho we have spent nearly $15000 with them.Now having to go thru the whole legal process.Such bad customer service

Came in to buy new bedroom suit. I was the only person in store, walked around for 10 minutes and the 2 gentleman working were too busy talking amongst themselves to come help. They saw me come in as they both looked up but not even a greeting. Didn't feel welcomed there.

Great service. Found just what i was looking for. The young guy with the glasses and beard really knows his stuff and really friendly. He's like a mattress yoda. Best night sleep i have ever had after purchasing my mattress there. Will be going back!!

Walked into store the three salesman didn’t even get us they was to busy playing there phone’s they guy that came over to us after being in store for 20mins was so rude and belittling to my wife would never shop there again

We want to cancel/ change the order and called them within 24 hours to do so. He was not ready. Very rude and pathetic customer service. We ended up loosing our deposited as we did not want to do anymore business with them.
