I’ve been buying from Melville for almost 3years and now wouldn’t go anywhere else for material. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they can get it and prices are always very competitive. Clearly a Tradie choice! The boys are certainly not bunnings soft but friendly, very helpful and know their stuff! The timbers they supply you with are straight, for a change!! Compare the prices (and sizes) and you will find that many off the materials are cheaper and (again) straighter than the ones from the green giant.

I have been renovating my home for the last year and Melville timber was my first point of call. These guys are friendly knowledgable and work hard. If you are a Tradie or have some real building to do and want to choose from a vast range of quality builders hardware, drop in and be impressed!

Amazing service. The bloke came over to the car to ask how he could help me! He knows the product, where it is, the pros and cons of the different options. Nothing hurried, but everything done with an economy of motion and (astounding in a hardware place) pleasantly!

Its quicker getting served here than the pub. The range us extensive, timber is better (straighter, less knots) than the big box hardware/supply chains and the prices are sometimes half! Keep up the great old fashion service guys..
