We've been customers at Memorial for 10 years now. In the past year and a half, we’ve bought or sold four different vehicles, plus made a claim on our home after hurricane Harvey. Mayra has literally treated me like I am her only customer each time. She is responsive, receptive to my questions and earnest in making recommendations that are in our best interest. She has earned my trust completely. Recently, when we were at the dealership to purchase a trailer that we subsequently insured, I literally said to the financing department, “Getting proof of insurance quickly will be no problem for us. We have this amazing account manager Mayra who will take care of everything.” And sure enough, a mere 2 hours after I contacted her that morning, she had done exactly that. Terrible experience. The “manager”, sitting to the far right when you walk into this place is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Business hours online and on the door state they are open until 5pm. She aggressively and rudely ran me out the door. She would talk over me, at me, and never let me get one word in. She is absolutely horrible. I expressed my piece of frustration in front of her colleagues, and all you could hear was laughter and other agree with my words. DO NOT GO TO THIS INSURANCE AGENCY. She is condescending, arrogant, and entitled. She has absolute 0 concept of how to handle consumers. If you’re hoping for somebody that understand you and wants to help you, this is not the place to go.

We did have a wreck and they were able to help facilitate some issues we had with our insurance company. They were also willing to answer questions we had to help us make the best choices. Sandra Ramos is the best! She gets back to me almost immediately, and when she’s unable to, the office replies right away in her absence.
