This experience has been a huge disappointment for me and my husband. In this day and age it's hard to find quality, good customer service and consistency. This was his last interaction with the Blanding Blvd store. He took a suit to the Blanding Blvd location over 2 weeks ago for alterations. When returning to the store on that planned Tuesday he noticed the pants were too long. No worries, he didn't fuss or act out of character he just gave them back to them so they can make the adjustments. Another week goes by and he returns to the store on Tuesday (again, as planned) and the pants were still not right - 2nd time. At this point, Andy tries to shift blame by stating if they were not on his waist when measured they would not be altered right. Excuse, me this is not our first rodeo, sir. We have had several suits altered in the past and understand the fundamentals of alterations. My husband proceeds to tell him both times his pants were at his waist line when measured by your staff mind you. And, yes we're aware where they are supposed to be. My husband has been wearing suits for his entire adult life expanding over 30 years… NOT 30 days. After a very rude exchange he tells my husband the pants have been altered so much and the cuff will probably need to be taken out. Insert our blankstare here… At this point, my husband is livid! We brought you an unaltered suit (pants and jacket). We paid $90 for the work and you gave us the assurance you could handle this type of request. This includes the cuff I asked and paid for. Andy then tells my husband he will not be told what to do and to leave. Really…??? Just like that? With an unwearable pair of pants?? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! When my husband called back to ask for the store owner's name he was told they didn't know his name and to call back. Again, really?? Please understand we get it, people get things wrong, but make it right. Our issue isn't about the pants being incorrect TWICE… our issue is with the way things were handled. Is this the new normal? Is this how we treat paying customers? He has 2 other suits that needed alterations, and we will not be returning here! What a waste, it's about pouring money into businesses in your community. Not about spending your capital in another area! You have been warned. All it takes is one bad experience.

The worst service ever I have purchase more then 3 suits here before and for my grandmother funeral I made my family purchase all there suits here. Came to get alterations done on a few things I purchase from this location. I never been to a location were you pay for a service that is not yet done advise the owner I will pay once I come back a pick up my stuff he advise me know and I wasted his time and if I bring the suits back for alterations he will charge me more to do it the worst customer service ever mind you I did not ask thus men to do anything for free just wanted to pay once I come and pick up my stuff stay away from this place

The guy who was there helped us get in an out within thirty mins with four guys. He knew the exact sizes just by looking at someone. He was well knowledgeable and very polite. He had great deals and great prices. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. UPDATE: he was very professional but the guys pants were kind off on the sizes. We needed ours ASAP and did not have time to get them fix. High quality suits and he was nice. Would recommend getting them earlier rather than later. He was willing to fix the mistakes but we did not have time. Still recommend highly.

I wouldn't even this place a star . Fitted for a suit they took in the legs but not the waist. Return the suit they wanted to charge me for taking in the waist. Really.... Anyway they took in the waist and the suit still fits horrible. Then hesh going to tekk me how a suit fits. You can tell that garbage to someone else. I did 20 yrs in the Marine Corps I think I know how a suit fit. HORRIBLE.... Go to Jay's First time cicustom and last

I have always had a pleasurable shopping experience with Men's Closet. Andy and his staff are very professional. For a Men's clothing store, they are very reasonable in price compared to some of the other stores in the area, the quality of clothing is excellent, he carries a wide variety of name brand suits also! Went in for a shirt and the gentleman helped find my size quickly and easily. The next day I went in for dress pants and the same guy ran back and forth getting me the right size. Couldn't be happier and everyone working there were super polite and professional!

I went to get some fine quality men's clothing after being new here in Jacksonville and the staff at men's closet was excellent they showed me around and also made some nice suggestions for my night out with my girlfriend. I will come here and shop again.

I went in to purchase a suit, for a young man, for a funeral. Although the jacket fit, the pants did not and I needed them in 24 hours! They accommodated my request and had them ready! Their prices are reasonable and I love the service!
