It is really not worth it to visit their saloon. Their promos/offers are all scams and lies. They love to overcharge at times. I went to them few times but after having enough and making my final verdict about their ways of dealing with “people”. The Moroccan Spa area is really terrible with zero maintenance. The message area is really bad. When i went for a relaxing massage, the masseur blasted EDM in my ears for 1 hour, like what was relaxing about that? 0 skilled therapists 0 skilled masseurs 0 skilled customer service 0 skilled receptionist (whoever is handling the WhatsApp) And to think they brag about having 5 stars is very sad.

From the initial inquiry till the end of the process... it was amazing... My travel from Dubai to this location was every worth of it... Mohammed Kashif was so welcoming and accommodating... made all arrangements with good coordination and clarity... upon reaching location they took care of my parking... so welcoming... the whole team was amazing... and above all gave amazing offers.... had my best experience... we feel like we are sitting with out friends... keep on the good work... I wish you will open many more branches in UAE with the same passion and spirit... Top notch customer service... highly recommended

Awesome experience, Mozan is an artist with his scissors. Moni was very friendly and did a great job with the body trim. I had an awesome massage from Mohsin and topped it all off with a very relaxing Morroccan bath from Ali. Mohammed K was really kind and organized everything for me ahead of my arrival. Excellent experience and I’ll definitely be returning to this salon, the best one I’ve been to in the area.

Good place to pamper yourself!! Great hospitality by MK (Md. Kashif) Ali was amazing at Morrocan bath...it was one of the best I have had in UAE!! One of the most unprofessional salon.. avoid this place and their promotions - its a scam.... What they tout as a oriental bath / Moroccan bath is actually a face steamer which is put on which has (supposedly) steam coming out of it...how are they even allowed to do stuff like this ???
