Unfortunately a very negative experience getting any response from Tyler Schwerdfeger, we are now on 6 months since having ordered my mom’s gravestone and it won’t be ready for her birthday. It’s been hard getting a hold of them and any customer service (call and told to send emails, email and wait days or weeks for response). The timeline was originally august after a long delay and now it will be installed by Christmas ‘if there’s not too much snow’

I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Pinecrest on behalf of the McLaughlin and Latchman families. Devin Henderson and company treated our dearly departed Doreen Flint with dignity and respect. There were a few hurdles with the sudden passing, all of which were dealt with the utmost compassion. Worst service I've ever had. They wouldn't even tell me where my cousins plot was, stating they only do that Monday-Friday. So, glad we drive 3+hours for nothing. It's absolutely discusting you would deny people the chance to view their loved ones. At minimum you should be able to look someone up on line to find their plot if your staff are going to be so heartless.
