I really really enjoyed having Merlin passes I went few times to London eye, London dungeons, Madam Tussauds had amazing time, very relaxing, useful having somewhere to go and still be safe with covid restrictions. Entertainment with family or without very convenient having passes.
Excellent Riverboat trip down the Thames in the snow, our compere Ben Strathie did an outstanding job of keeping us informed & amused at all the sights as we cruised down the river. Well worth the money & a very educational experience.
Worst customer service ever. Just ignore issues and don't follow up anything. Very poor service ☹️
