Seriously if I can give 0 stars I would. I honestly don’t understand how this clinic is operating. I saw Dr Harsha twice and have never com across a more rude and unprofessional Practitioner in my life. I explained to him what was going on with me and as I have a thorough insight of my history I think he found it unimpressive that a patient could have an opinion. I gave him a copy of my medical history and he just looked at me and said “ well, aren’t you the expert now? You are a health professional why come to see me then?” I was dumbfounded and appalled. The second time I came was for an ECG due to side effects from the covid vaccine and was basically scolded by the nurse for coming to that clinic. I had earlier phoned the northern virtual ED, after reviewing me via Telehealth they had requested me to obtain an ECG and referred me to the clinic. So i phoned up and explained what I needed and had an appointment for that morning. During my appointment the nurse was highly agitated and told me not to come back for these tests as they attract media attention??? Whatever that means. She then mumbled something under her breath about this type of unwanted attention happening previously. I honestly don’t know what goes on in that place but I’ll be steering clear of it and driving the extra 15 minutes to Wallan to be seen by Health Professionals that actually know what they’re doing and treat patients with respect and empathy!

Tried to book an appointment on HotDoc on Monday for my 10 month old daughter who has been really sick from a cold for 2 weeks now. (Not covid) , filled out the information said she was a new patient , asked if she had any cold or flu symptoms I said yes and it said I was only able to book a Telehealth which I booked. It’s now Thursday , Was called 30 minutes before my appointment to say the doctor I booked with doesn’t take new patients over Telehealth and they’ll need to change over my doctor who should be calling at 11.20 or 11.30. It got to 12.00pm , I still didn’t receive a call till 12.11pm to what I missed by a second because my daughter had projectile vomited at this point. I call back to say I just missed the call not even a minute after and was told the doctor was now on the phone. I’ve called nurse on call to what I’ve been instructed to now take my daughter to the hospital , still waiting for a call back from the doctor at 1.05pm Definitely not good enough would rate 0 stars if I could. Would never have even booked there in the first place but was trying to get my daughter in with someone as soon as I could had I of known this was going to happen I would have just booked with my regular doctor and waited that little bit longer.

Received 3 messages to confirm appt - nothing mentioned about a covid test, however I have been testing her every day for the last 3 weeks to ensure she didn’t have covid all results came back negative. Arrived at the appt for the Dr to refuse to see her as I did not bring a negative RAT test with me. When I advised I was happy for them to test her onsite whilst we were there they refused and said no - He won’t see her and she does not have proof of rat test! Absolute j!!! Refusing to see a 6 year old when an appt was made! I hope Karma comes around and the Dr who refused to see a 6 year old gets covid & suffers!!! Never in my life have I had such a bad experience with a Dr & medical centre!

Most useless medical centre I have ever used! First time I went, we booked to get our flu shots done at 8.15 in the morning. After waiting over an hour and the reception staff telling us that it wouldn’t be to much longer we finally cracked it as we had another appointment to go to at 9.30 only to find the nurse want even there yet and was running late… NO ONE TOLD US!! Second experience…not great either! Got a phone appointment to get my script filled… was told they could not send it by text like every other clinic can! Which meant the whole appointment was useless as I didn’t have time with my busy work schedule to make it into the clinic during opening hours! Third experience today… made an appointment at 10am this morning for a phone appointment! It is 9.20pm now and am still waiting for a phone call! We tried to call multiple times but the phone just rang out! Would not recommend! Do not go here BTW THE BOOKING WAS UNDER MY WIFES NAME…..

Worst place to visit for anything. Called up for a booster lady was nice, advised me to get there before 12pm because the nurse goes on break at 12pm. Got there at 11.50ish was advised to take a seat as the nurse would be there shortly. 12.10 other people who waited for an hour asked how long it will be they advised 10-15 mins. I walked over at 12.25 to asked how long it would be they said another 10- 15 mins. Waited..... 12.45 I walked over and cracked it asking what's going on? They said you're next on the list so I went and sat down. Wasn't seen till 1pm. Not happy. They have very bad communication skills. Don't care about patients. Completely ignore you when you're telling them something. Within that spam of time saw 3 people crack no care factor at all. Very disappointed esp coming from a clinic. Worst place I've been to. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Go if you wanna be waiting for more then hour!! Esp with young kids.

I took my daughter to see Dr Mynit Zaw and I’m disgusted at his lack of empathy, and lack of care/ people skills. I appreciate his time in seeing both my children on the spot( he did fit in my younger one)as my younger girl was crying in pain with an ear ache. However the way he spoke to me and my children was rude, and with contempt! My 8 year old even said he was so mean, and he made me feel like a piece of trash! I’m so disappointed as just before me, he was happily waving , laughing and joking with 2 patients before us- of similar ethnicity, and with us he was rude, edgy and even rude to the kids. Never again and don’t recommend seeing him- a day later my girls ear was red and high temp, went back in to see Dr Hossain who is always amazing and gave her different medication. Please pick your doctor wisely as I know I’m not the only one appalled at Dr Zaw’s behaviour!

Really bad service! They don't care for people's time. I went there twice for blood tests after fasting for 10 hours, and ended up waiting atleast an hour or two and was told to come back since fasting for 12 hours is not good for blood test, while it was them wasting time.I wonder, if they care for diabetic people who fast for so long and end up waiting for hours to get their tests done.I went back again and sat for an hour only to know the pathologist was on leave and some new folks were doing the tests and so they were taking time to adjust with the system, and this too I was told only upon me going and checking with them. They just don't care to inform you why it is being delayed. I would rather travel 30 mins and go to better medical centres in craigeburn than waste my time over this unproffessional medical centre.

I just got my COVID booster jab at this centre. The booking process was straightforward & I was pleased that I didn't have to wait for my appointment. In fact, the whole process was over within a couple of minutes. It was so quick that only while waiting after the injection, I realised that the nurse never showed me the injection before administering nor did she explain the steps to be taken in case I had an adverse reaction. There was another nurse sitting at the computer with her back facing me. She asked questions about my last vaccination while looking at the screen. The place was quite busy with many people getting their jabs. But the management needs to ensure that staff still carry out all prerequisite steps before the vaccination.

first time bad experience. made an appointment for both my kids to see the nurses and 1 of them to see the doctor as well. Have already seen by the nurse and waited for the doctor. Luckily I checked my hotdoc and it said I was already seen by the doctor when we haven't. The receptionist kept saying can't get a hold of the doctor because we were still waiting . So was it my fault for making 2 different appointments, waited and was told can't get a hold of the doctor??? Being a single mum took a day off to get my kids checked out and all they could say can't get a hold of the doctor. so what am i suppose to wait for how long to be seen again. Atleast they could have referred to somebody else instead but they didn't even do that.

Please never go to this centre (specifically the pathology), they are very irresponsible. I went it for a blood test, today morning 08 July 2022 at 9.30 am and waited there almost 1 hour for my turn. Pathologist lady there pricked my arm to draw blood which was painful and then suddenly I had blood flowing all over my arm. Pathologist removed the needle and taped my arm, telling me to go to another centre as she doesn't know what went wrong. At that moment I was shaken up as well and came back home. after calming down, I just now called up the reception to inform them of what I experienced and they said they can't do anything about it as, pathology is rented out and also the pathologist is covering someones shift.

I had bad experience ever I’m experience a depresión and anxiety, Dr Harsha ask me why I came to see him if like a couple of days ago I see another Dr , but in desperate state when not appointments availables I got no choice,but he is a “Dr” too or I’m not suppose to see wathever dr I pick to see?? Very rude laughing on me , when I was broken in tears I guess part of my depressive situation, then made sort of rude comments on me , lack of professionalism, empathy that a doctor must have, plus he called me after 1/2 hr waiting for that disgrace consult Run to see if a find someone else but not back to that place never again Worse Dr ever Harsha Aluthge

Reception and Calls. I had best experience at the center for 2 years now with Dr Harsha but this week I had a difficult conversation with the Receptionist. I had called centre twice but no calls were answered. Finally my call got answered but the receptionist was very very rude which made me feel bad. It led to argument but I realised that its not worth it and requested to have calm conversation. I understand they are humans too and have been dealing with many patients...but the Reception hung up the call and when I tried calling again she was angry and arrogant.

Absolute joke of a clinic. The receptionist is rude and the doctors are ALWAYS never on time. Had 9:00am and 9:10am bookings and both times waited at least half an hour before seeing the doctor even though I was first patient for the day. The nurses and pathology were 100% perfect everytime I've seen them however the doctors and male reception staff were either rude or had a sense of entitlement. Came here because we just moved to the area and needed a doctor on short notice. Would not recommend coming here if you need medical attention.

I am so glad I moved and no longer have to rely on this place. They told me my illness was just anxiety even though I had just handed them a letter from emergency stating what my serious illness was. They also on numerous occasions missed serious issues that were reported in my blood work and constantly dismissed me. The female doctor was the only one who did her job and was thorough. The pathologist on site was very good at their job too. Could have had much worse complications if I didn't go elsewhere advocating for my health.

They cancelled my appointment, today, because I'm exempted from wearing a mask. The Department of Health Website states clearly that I don't need to carry an exemption, yet the receptionists insisted seeing the written exemption or denying me medical care! When I called to ask them about their details to lodge a complaint, the lady rudely said that I can go online & find the info I need. I won't ever go there again & none of my family members will. No one should face discrimination because of their health or medical conditions.

Worst medical centre ever. I called on June 8th 2022 to take my son as he was having gastro symptoms with severe vomiting and diarrhoea. The receptionist don’t even bother to hear what my issue is she said why you telling me all this am not a doctor. She was so rude. And she said take your son to hospital. I have been to so many other medical in Melbourne and this is the first time I ever had such experience. Who ever is managing this medical need to look at the behaviour of their staffs. So pathetic

Made an appointment. Arrived to a ridiculously rude male receptionist! Waited over 50mins. In that time 7 yes 7 different patients that came after me were seen first. Needed to complain to the receptionist who then needed to tell the doctor to see me next which I found ridiculous! When I saw the doctor, barely understood a word he said. How is this place operating with all these 1 star reviews? Drive an extra 10mins and go somewhere else, even if it's for something basic, not worth the headache!

I saw Dr Zaw and he was horrible and lacking customer service experience. I swear many doctors need to go work at Target or retail before they become a practicing GP! I walked into his consulting room and sat down. He just looked at me. No hello, how are you, how can I help you etc from him. The silence was awkward. I guess that was my queue to tell him how I was feeling. In conclusion, his mannerism was horrible. He didn't answer any of my questions. You couldn't pay me to see him again.

Me and my wife got our booster shot here. There was no rush and got the appointment on the same day. We reached 15 mins prior to our appointment and the person at reception was super friendly. Asked him about process for getting booster shot for our parents who are on visitor visa and he explained everything very clearly. The attending nurse was polite and friendly too. We were in and out of the centre in just 15mins on a Sunday. Would recommend to everyone in the neighbouring community.

Terrible Medical Centre. Doctors do not understand procedures and processes and when questioned refused to see me for a follow up that they should have actioned. Dr Zhaw has a terrible attitude and unprofessional. Furthermore, very poor communication skills with an inability to speak basic English. How on earth most of the doctors at this centre passed their English proficiency is beyond me. This place should be shut down. Appalling quality. I'll be making several complaints to APHRA.

Honestly a shocking medical practice , waited a month for results to come back . Kept ringing and kept saying we’ll call you back and never did until I walk in and gave her ( the receptionist) then she calls pathology just to find out they sent my results 2 weeks ago . Wait time is ridiculous. What’s the point of booking in and you still have to wait another 40 mins . Useless . How do I contact the higher up to get rid of these un-professional receptionist and rude doctors

Genuinely disappointed with the staff as well as the head doctor here. What happened to care, empathy and compassion with these doctors? The doc can’t even look at me when he talk. Too busy typing with 1 finger on the computer but can’t spend a genuine minute doing the actual consultation with the patient. It feels like they have done too many phone consultations and now don’t know how to face the patients in reality. I do not recommend this practice

Dr Harsha Aluthge is a very rude, unprofessional and arrogant doctor in the clinic. He has zero customer service approach and treats his patients as trash. First of all he doesn't touch or examine patients at all and talks very rudely without proper explanation. Our money is not worth his service. Do not recommend him to anyone. Needs to upgrade his ethics and oath that he took to treat patients with kindness and respect.

Reception was good, after that, terrible experience. Very small waiting area, people crammed in to cramped passage way like livestock. It appears to be a money making factory only, patient care seems to come a very distant second place, if that. Doctor disregarded my requests and instructions with a very poor excuse and no reasoning. No empathy. Never again. Convenience is this case was not worth it. Never again!!!

I cannot get to the medical clinic in person and they have refused to speak to me on the phone yet took my money for the bulk billing. DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE A CARE FACTOR OF ZERO. Place is pretty clean I guess and heaps of parking. Doctors couldn't appear to care less though, thought a skydiving injury would at least be a *little* interesting to someone who "loves sport science". Second time, recieved no call for Telehealth appointment and was later told the doctor isn't in today. Hopefully not pocketing Medicare payments.

Really poor management. 90% of the times I call, they go unanswered. Staff booked my sons in for 2nd vax 4 weeks after initial one. Rang to confirm and was told yes 4 weeks. Rocked up today only to wait in the corridor alongside 20 other people jammed in there for 45 minutes to be told no it’s 8 weeks. Definitely won’t be returning.

I was not told by the reception that I now need to do some payment after seeing GP because the Medicare system has changed since March. Also, he was not very professional and behaved very rudely. I visited doctor and just left. Got phone call for payment by another lady reception, she was good and explained me everything.

Reception staff were nice, welcoming and helpful. The GP was rude and didn’t really listen to what I required from the appointment. The referral I obtained contains a lot of spelling errors and had important information missing that I have had to ring the practice to get amended. In my opinion not very professional.

Quite literally the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. The GP over here kept sighing on every sentence he spoke as if he was being forced to be there and would not answer any questions. There are not enough chairs in waiting areas. When it's very busy, you are standing for periods of time - obviously not ideal when you're sick or have a sick child with you. Just a few good doctors here. The others are pretty standard. You might as well save the wait and see a pharmacist.

Services are getting better than before. Less waiting times now. Dr. Vimal Chandran is quite detail oriented and nice GP. Quick pathology work. No need to pay from your pocket if you have Bupa insurance.

Very bad management and communication. My family and kids went there to see a female doctor. Worst ever experience with the female doctor. Looked like she did not have any interest on providing service.

Good clinic. I always go 10 to 15mins late to reduce my waiting time. Found it works well. We visit Dr Essa frequently, he is great with my little boys, caring and compassionate. Glad we found him!

Doctor is always late to arrive in the morning, and always treats any concerns you have with dismay and quick to shut you down or provide any meaningful help even to my own several month old child.

I wanted to like this place. It was clean with nice receptionist but why have appointments if they aren't on time? It wasnt like the doctor spent that time on patient care. So i cannot reccomend

Easy to find, seen quickly and the doctor was very thorough with his consult. There is also a pathology collection on site which is handy and Chemist next door. Very happy with our visit.

Terrible service and doctors aren't even doing a good job, it's like they get timed because they want you out as soon as possible. Wait times are terrible.
