My car is 20 years old, has not been cleaned in at least 5 years, and usually hosts my children 2 and 4, alternately eating and projectile vomiting, (the worst instance of which can only be described as a flood). Given this condition I think £90 was a reasonable price (their normal Platinum service is £50). Also I think it was quite reasonable that it took them a few hours to complete the job and dry out the car. What was exceptional was the standard of the clean. I could not see my car when I went to pick it up, and was initially confused when the manager took me to what appeared to be a brand new sparkling red car. When he opened the door the interior also looked brand new, and I forgot again this was actually my car. It also smells very clean and I am hoping there will be less vomiting in future as a result.

There are several car washes in the area but I have no qualms in recommending Merton Hand Car Wash. You have the "Shop n go" option, in which you can shop whilst your car is being cleaned, or alternatively you can wait on site as they work their magic. If your wizzy is dirty and in need of a clean - try Merton Hand Car Wash- they won't disappoint you! My car looked brand new (it certainly isn't lol) but it speaks volumes of the service provided here. Many thanks again, will definitely be returning as this was only my first visit, but I have been converted into a regular customer.

I absolutely love this place!!! They are one of the best hands down! The team is small but they work hard and quickly and provide a good service. Their prices are reasonable and you definitely get value for money. I travel a long way to get my car cleaned here and it’s definitely worth it. I went to another car wash in Colliers Wood and it wasn’t nearly the same. They take such pride and care with your car and even when they’re busy they still do such an immaculate job! I would recommend them 100%! They are open 7 days a week. Weekends are the busiest so prepare to do some waiting but it is worth it! Would definitely recommend!!!

Do not use. They obviously mix brick / patio cleaner (or something else very corrosive) in with their cleaning spray as my brand new car (not washed before) now has corroded plastic wheel nut covers. The wheels on the car are matte grey so the white colour these have now turned looks awful. Makes you wonder what they put in their spray. Will avoid in the future! Aside from that, the cleaning job itself was also very average. The pics attached were after I tried to salvage them with a bit of WD40. They are better but still ruined. The final picture is what they looked like before.

I have been coming to this car wash for over a year and have always been pleased with the service. However on my last visit the wheel trims on my car were damaged from the cleaning products (images shown below) and will need to be replaced. When I asked about it at the time I was told that these marks would not come off. My wheel was not in this condition when I arrived and the marks appear to be corrosive damage. Really disappointed as service has always been great here, but I will now need to replace the wheel trims so I will not be returning.

What can I say about this hidden gem, I was greeted by Michael, who was very professional with his approach and explanation of the services available. I was looked after throughout the process and kept informed at all times. The staff seemed happy and energetic and willing to go the extra mile. The end result was a perfectly clean car, to which a struggled to find any spots usually missed when using other local places, all for £10! Gob smacked I must say. 10/10.

Amazing car wash experience considering I came quite late in the day. I really needed a quick wash of my carpets in my car and they didn’t disappoint at all. 10 star review, brilliant customer service, super friendly and one of the workers Skhaar washed my seats without a charge. He made sure I was content with what had been done and I drove off feeling taken care of to be honest. I would recommend them if you are in or around the area. Solid!

Took car in for a twenty pound wash, gestured by staff to park then ignored. I then approached the men with my keys. Two of them smirked when I said I wanted the twenty pound wash and quoted me 25 pounds. I thought they were joking at first. One of them then said 23 pounds and then 22 pounds! Poor treatment I refused as I'm not about bartering over a price which is displayed on their premises. Asked for my keys and went elsewhere.

Seem to be a friendly bunch of people but they truly do not know how to clean a car. This time they used a minimum of high pressure water to spray off the dirt before using soap and sponges - and then relied on plastic bottles of "polish" and sponges on the areas that weren't already wet. Perfect recipe to get scratches - and now I have evidence of that in my car's paintwork. Won't be coming back again

I was really pleased with the service I received. My car was quite dirty when I arrived but the team cleaned inside and out, and did a good job. They even went above and beyond to get some stobborn marks and scuffs out of the bodywork, which was great service. Pricing is competitive and decent value compared to some of the other hand car washes in the area. Will be going back again soon.

Took my car in for a good wash and interior clean. The guys did a brilliant job. It’s my second time getting my car washed at this place and both times I’ve been very happy. Great customer service. I’m a really fussy person and I got them to redo a few spots and they did it without any quibble. Highly recommend this place - a million times better than a drive thru car wash.

Fraud risk: I lost my debit card a few weeks ago when filling at a petrol station in brixton. I thought it might be lost in the car but couldn’t find it. Today Merton Hand Car wash valeted the car and my card was used several hours later in Ladbrokes Colliers Wood and Costcutters by fraudsters. Might be a coincidence but I doubt it.
