WARNING, from my experience, this company conducts business in an unprofessional manor and their customer service is poorly managed to non-existent. I purchased a number of items in June. I had contacted them multiple times asking for an update and a postage tracking number as proof that the items had been dispatched but never received a reply. By August, I had no other option but to contact PayPal, lodge a dispute and have PayPal refund my money. (this was months later) They do not return emails, no one picks up when you call and their voice message bank is full so you cannot leave a voice message. Although they have a large selection of items available on their website, I doubt that they have stock and rely on a mail forwarding system. If the product is available on another website, I suggest that you take your business elsewhere as you 'may' too be faced with the same issues as myself and the other Google reviewers here within.

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered a product on 22nd july online. Instantly received email confirmation of order and am still waiting for its delivery 6 weeks later. The Company doesn't pick up to phone calls on thier listed number or respond to voicemails left. I have been emailing and submitting enquiries on website for past 3 weeks to see what has happened to my order and they still haven't bothered to reply. I have never experienced issues like this before from any company. Definately wouldnt recommend anyone making the same mistake. Luckily I purchased through PayPal so hopefully may get a resolution.

Absolutely Useless. 22 Days to wait for my parcel and still never arrived and should take 3 days from NSW to QLD. Terrible service from the contact centre with pathetic lame responses as if the customer isnt worth the time to reply. Allegedly "resent" and still no receival. 9 days after taking my money initially, they "sent" the parcel which never arrived. Don't waste your time. Id give you 0 stars if it was an option.

This business does not appear to be currently operational, however continue to take customers money when shopping online. My online order was confirmed after making payment, then over the next month I could not get in contact with the company online or over the phone. My order was never received and I was lucky to have paid via PayPal, who refunded me after escalating the issue via their resolution centre.

Borderline Theft...Bought a product online over a month ago, they took the payment from my credit card and sent a automated confirmation email and have received nothing since then. have tried contacting via phone and email multiple times to no reply. disgusting way to run a business and is criminal. I don't even care about the product anymore i just want my money back

No reply to email, the ‘Contact Us’ email address on their website is incorrect. No answer to their landline, plus they hang up on you if you call their mobile. No postage details, no tracking number and no goods that I ordered. Ordered by PayPal, refund instigated. Exceptionally bad customer service, I am presuming this site is a scam. ...would give them zero stars.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! Absolute criminals. We ordered a product online ages ago and received nothing!. They took the money out of our account and have not had any correspondence with us. They do not answer the phone or emails. Read all reviews below to see how criminal they are. Absolutely disgraceful.

Cant comment on their face to face Business, however I wouldn't waste your time purchasing anything online or their ebay account, save yourself the hassle and stress. Without going into details, at least i got my money back!

RIP off mob, they got refunded by aust post for lost item & kept the money. Do not reply to any contact. Am havi ng to start legal action to get money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP UNLESS YOUR THERE IN PERSON

Beware - this company will take your money but not supply goods. The phone number on the web site is inactive. Emails to the company receive no response.
