The guy who was standing by the main door didn't let me in to use the coin machine. He said its broken down. And he asked if I have account with them.i said no. He said he will allow me to use it if I had account with them. So why say its broken down and not in use? He was respectfully very disrespectful
Been with this bank for 4 years and have never had a bad service. They even remember me each time even if I haven't visited for months! So pleasant always recommend to my friends to join up with how great the customer service is and the help they've been when I have questions and issues.

Awful Bank. I went to the Bank at 12pm. I was told there was an hour delay. They took my number agreed to contact me an hour later. They sent me a text confirming they were ready to see me. I was stood waiting for another 40 mins. I walked out. Terrible customer service.
