I’ve been a customer with them since 2014 , they change the rules every time . I went there to change £15 because it was broken and they told me I have to show proof of that money . How can I show proof for £15 . Anyway , a lot of staff there doing nothing all day just seating look at you . Very disappointed in this bank .

Amazing bank, lovely staff. I have been banking with Metro for about 6 years and every encounter has been great, all my family bank here due to the great customer service. We are opening a new company and will be using Metro in Edgware to run the account for us. Well done to all the staff.

Rude people, made me wait when there was no one to be served. They were keeping they’re heads down and I was looking at them , after 40-45 minutes I was asked again by the same guy that saw me when I came in , why I was there and decided to help me, because no one else bothered to do so!
