Metro cash and carry wholesale you can find plenty of products here at lesser price then other groceries, i had to find a gift items for my brother wedding and i found a good items here, service is good, and staff are helpful, it's difficult to maintain all the customers but still few staff do their duty responsively .. happy for that and wish them to do better, i would request the metro cash and carry owners to provide a chair for the staff members , standing for a long time in the cash counter would give them a health issue like back pain or varicose veins issue on legs ... they are working for there bread and butter and if they earn money and pay it to hospital rather having there bread and butter would be a problem this is my request to all the stores ..

Loved the place. It's like a treasure trove for inexpensive household items. It's a sad thing that you need a membership to get in and buy stuff. Nevertheless, it's not very difficult to get a membership as long as you, your friend or a relative owns and runs a business. You can just ask them to get you a membership and they will. This place is recommended because you tend to get consumer electronics, fashion, food and groceries all under one roof and that too at unbelievable prices. If you have a habit of buying groceries one time for an entire month (which you probably should have) this place must be on top of your list.

One of my worst Grocery shopping ever. The staff were not helpful. The price details quoted are very skillfully placed so that they can fool the customer. You don't get to know the price of the product untill you finally bill the prodcuts. I asked why there are no discounts on this product, the staff replied, sir please buy at what rate we are offering as the stocks are reduced. There I no cutomer feedback form in this big shop. Overall not happy with the service. Also if you get free products for pushasing above some limit, they say this offer is no more available sir. Please don't cheat people.

You can almost everything here if it's purchasable. From groceries to dairy , from furniture to stationary, from Frozen to liquor just everything. They have good membership cards too with good discount anvailable. People buy in bulks here because the prices are good . Really helpful and friendly staff . Bringing kids here might be troublesome as they might ask you for a lot seeing everything they ever wanna want there , so look out for that as a precaution.

Had bad experience every single time. Especially with so called Manager and those working with him in the entrance. They judge you based on appearance, disrespect you. Not helpful in any which ways when there is an issue. I have witnessed couple of staffs cursing behind their customers. Overall unprofessional behaviour. However, there are only few very helpful staffs inside. Since it is near by had to visit this location.

Much improvement needed... Aisles are crowded, Escalators to the parking lot are mostly switched off or non-functional... Ramps are difficult to negotiate with heavy carts.. Carts have bad wheels and are difficult to push... Many items that we purchase, suddenly stop supply... Guess Metro is just waiting to sell to Reliance and be done with it... So much for German quality... The irony...

Very very good..... Branded and high quality products. All items are really good. Rush on holidays is very difficult to manage. Also they allow normal card holders in the counter specifically for Gold card members. It is not that good as gold card people should be having the privilege. If all are allowed what is the difference, and why separate counter is required

A one stop place for all shopping needs including electronics, clothing, food grains, oils, vegetables, liquor etc. at much lower price than in the open market. Quality is excellent. One can save a good amount of money if purchases are planned correctly. Since it is a wholesale place, minimum quantities need to be bought. Holding a valid card is a must.

Good place for wholesale options plus you get discounts on retail too. You need a membership card though to go inside the place which is not so easy to own. Also the offers are good and alternatives are available in house in abundance. Good thing is that you can take trolley till main gate joining the road. Helpful staff. Affordable and convenient.

Not pleasant experience today...complete chaos. Not sure why but felt bad for the staff who were pushed to the extremes by all....yhe customers, failed Systems where they had to manually raise Invoices, multiple movement from their counters added to all the confusion. Had to stand in a queue for more than 45 mins with just 1 person in front of me

Nice place to shop especially MRP items you will get in less price even fresh veggies and fruits fish also available. Almost all categories of house holding items available in one single place but you need to have metro membership card to get in it's not like D-Mart where all can get in. Parking is free of you have metro card.

The variety of products offered are in large numbers. Discounts are good to attract the retailer buyers. Overall the shopping experience is great if your looking for huge quantities and variety. Have provision for gifts and vouchers too. But please do always carry with the metro card made at your first shopping

This place has ample parking space. Staffs are polite and are happy to help. Security check after purchase takes couple of seconds to minute at times. [Update] After billing and during exit, security personnel checks items in detail causing a delay to exit. This happens when you have purchased plenty of items.

Been visiting this metro for a while now. Has all the items you need in a very compact space (this is small in size when compared to other metros across bangalore), ample parking space and not much rush at the cash counter as well. Friendly staff and restrooms needs more maintainance.
