TL/DR: Rude staff and management, spoke poorly about us in a different language and constant confusion Went to buy a Swap and Go gas bottle (not refill) got told and paid the cost of refilling a bottle ourselves, not the price for a bottle. When waiting at the cage of the bottles for a few went back inside to see if they were gonna be much longer, they then said that the price we paid was for filling not a bottle, so we paid the difference to get a bottle, went back to the cage, only to be asked where OUR bottle was for the swap. As you can imagine we were quite confused, explained AGAIN we were here to buy a bottle, not swap, to again get told we paid the wrong price, so we paid the difference... Again. When going inside to pay, the manager and the man serving us gave us dirty looks and spoke in a different language while giving dirty looks at us throughout. 100% only good for fuel

2.5% Surcharge on METRO CARD , What a rip-off... I already pay METRO/Motorpass for it's service & mind you it's NOT A CREDIT CARD !!! Still this station wants us public to pay extra to an already expensive fuel …

They new employees are rude and can't count cash. Made a big deal about paying 20 dollars in coins. He said we don't accept more than 10 dollars in coin.

The Indian man was very rude. After I pay the petrol, I tell him can I use the bathroom and he said no. Never come back to Metro Bonnyrigg ever again.

So many varieties of candy sold as individual pack. Bought each variety almost a bag full. Lovely shop. Friendly staff. Highly recommended …

None of the staff wear masks and won't say why. Go here if you want to catch Covid. I won't be back and have reported it.
