Contacted Metrolocks Adelaide to install a heavy duty lock upon recently installed new security door on river front pole/twostorey/raised holiday home, and after receiving a prompt quote, Metrolocks Adelaide arranged fitting a heavy duty door handle lock. However upon next visit, and when most of the family went for a morning walk, our daughter and her child found themselves locked in. Upon return from the walk, we examined the newly install door lock and found that when both doors had been closed shut, the door handles between the main door and the new handle of the security door clashed, preventing any exit from the pole home. Next week, we emailed Metrolocks Adelaide were they eventually attended the river front holiday home. However at our fault the spare key was not in position, and Metrolocks Adelaide were unable to enter. Apparently Metrolocks Adelaide attempted to report no access. Next over 14 months, emails went to and for and in short, Metrolocks Adelaide offered to installed a new handle style at our cost, however because we had already paid for, and in our view a faulty workmanship, we declined and requested they install at their cost. They then declined to further attend to the clashing door handles problem because we told them where to install the heavy duty lock in that position, when in fact , we simply requested a heavy duty security handle be installed because the existing door handle would not work. Over six months of emails we sought to receive 50% of our money back, to which they are maintaining their denial for another six months by reaffirming we told them where to put the new handle -Incorrect "we simply requested a heavy duty security handle be installed because the existing door handle would not work" and the debate continues.

I have this stuck door lock which starting to become very hard to turn to lock the door, I knew if I don't do anything, one day I gonna lock myself out. So I called MetroLocks and preparing to change the lock, however, the staff is kind to advice me, perhaps the Locksmith could simply service the lock instead of replacing the lock. The Locksmith came today and assessed the lock and think servicing is good enough. Now the lock is new alike and gonna work for many years again. this indirectly is a cost saving because I don't need to replace it with a new lock. I am a happy customer. Great customer service and friendly staff. If you looking for a locksmith, I will highly recommend you to give them a go :)

what more can I say than thank you. You went above and beyond to help my son and daughter inlaw back into their unit after locking themselves out. These guys are wizards with locks! Whilst wanting a new lock for a front door, they advised me I could have my locks repinned to have one key for all my locks! Reduced my keyring size! Also due to some vandalism in my area was also able to get a lock for meter box that etsa can enter but not anyone else! So helpful, really recommend using their services.

I called Metrolocks out to assist an elderly lady who had chained and padlocked her medication cupboard and then lost the padlock key. Darryl arrived within half an hour and was able to gain access quickly. The client was very pleased with the price too. Would recommend. :)

You need to talk to your drivers. When I'm doing 110 in a 110 zone on the north south motorway I did not appreciate having one of your driver's tailgating and then abusing me. This behaviour reflects badly on your company when the drivers are unsafe and nasty on the road.
