Michael is now our go-to moving company, very professional and fast, cannot recommend enough! A machine we ordered was left on the community drive way today by the delivery company without notice, as the driver didn't want to come down the driveway. We called Michael's and informed them the situation and they were able to show up within 1 hour and carried the item down the drive way to our garage. They even helped with dismantled the wood crate and removed the machine from the packaging and positioned it in our garage. This is the third time we've used their service and we are very happy with all three experiences. We will surely stick with Michael's for future jobs!

Michael’s team helped us to move house at the end of last year. I am very happy and satisfied with the way they handled the job. We agreed on the number of people, price and truck size beforehand. On the day of moving, they were very efficient. Both men were strong to handle heavy items, and very experienced in moving. And one can speak Chinese and the other can speak English. Booked a removal a week ahead. Confirmed again a couple of days later. Took the half day off work to be at location. Did not show. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I called them. Did not answer. SMS from them saying they will call back. Waited a little longer. Did not call back. Did not arrive.

The company stuff has been extremely helpful under the time pressure for my badly planned house moving. No delays, no dragging on, and they have been extremely cautious and careful with the glasses and antique furnitures. Very satisfied! Strongly recommended.
