I was served by Tibor when I came to purchase a gift. He was very professional and knowledgeable when presenting me with all the options, and on top of that he made recommendations which helped me choose the a best value item. I was so happy with the savings on the original item I intended to buy, that I ended up going over my budget to purchase extra items. It’s great to have a salesperson who keeps the best interest of the client at heart when making sales recommendations. The client will always end up happily spending more. I am now looking at sourcing the next bigger ticket gift items with Tibor. Michael Hill you’ve gained a very happy repeat customer.

I recently had a lovely experience at Michael Hill Hurstville when looking for a ring for myself after graduating uni. I told the assistant what I was looking for and was shown beautiful jewellery. She had no issue with my trying on a few rings and gave her honest feedback as to style and what looked best on. What I really appreciated is that she didn't try to sell me the most expensive of the rings. I got a valuation for the band and a care plan to have it looked after for 3 yrs. Also got it sent to be resized at no cost. Would shop here again.

A fast-talker salesperson called me to inform of a quote. She speaks really fast, when I said thank you she assumed I was going to proceed with the purchase. Straight away, without taking any breath, she asked me how I was going to pay and then more and more fast talking came, so boring. When I interrupted her and politely asked her to calm down, she abruptly cut the conversation, said "ok thanks" and hung up. Great customer service. But not really.

I would like to thank the lovely staff at Michael Hill Jewellers in Hurstville for making me feel so very special in the store today. They really went out of their way to help me . The staff member Anne D was so helpful who served me. Also many thanks to Enzo the store Manager. I'm very happy with my lovely gold chain. Good customer service with a caring attitude is a rare thing these days.

My recent visit at this branch was amazing. The branch Manager Ezno and his associate Sandra are true legends. From the very beginning until closing the deal they were much helpful, listen any concerns I had very carefully. As a business entity they are very professional and knowledgeable. Certainly recommend to visit this branch if someone searching for great service and adequate deal.

3 ladies were working today, 1 was helping a customer while the other 2 were in a corner chatting and ignoring my boyfriend and I when we were looking at diamond rings. I tried smiling at them to get their attention but they'd either give me a blank face or kept chatting instead. Made me feel really humiliated and I left the store unsatisfied

Really bad Quality in their earrings The clips are not stable at all After paying nearly $3,000 The one Diamond earring opened on its own & now lost. I only had them since end of May!??.. “FAULTY”as So they should be covered under Warranty! Right ! .. There was no care by staff & Manager Tibor “! Overpriced & Bad Quality Even the Diamonds!
