My husband attended the Michael Hill store in Penrith twice to buy me a pendant for Christmas. The first time I was with him. He stood at the counter waiting to be served and a woman pushed in front of him and the staff member served the woman instead of saying ''no, this gentleman was before you' so I said let's leave. The second time he went to the same store and there were no other customers in the store and 3 staff members stood chatting and my husband stood there for quite a few minutes before walking out. Therefore they lost a sale and I didn't get the pendant I wanted because of the BAD customer service.

My wife and I went in to get help with my wedding ring size and to get her rings cleaned we were served by Kim , I come in pretty unhappy with the size of my ring she was seriously so good she helped me get the perfect size and calmed me down we ended up leaving super happy feeling not just helped but cared for as a customer this is the reason why we would not shop anywhere else whatever Kim is getting paid she deserves a pay rise thank you so much for helping us out Kim

If I knew the policy they have now I wouldn’t have purchased anything from any Michael hill store. No one helps, everyone just passes the buck and your stuck with a broken item that was purchased less then a week ago. Be prepared to be treated like a person who can’t look after your jewellery if something is broken. You have to prove you didn’t break it and it wasnt their thin necklace that just couldn’t handle clipping into each other.

One staff member there is incredible rude and the amount of attitude she spat out after taking something back for a repair after my wife literally only had it for a week was unbelievable. I have use the store for years but thanks to this one lady and her incredibly unprofessional attitude I'll never be using them again or purchasing an item from Michael Hill again if I could give this store 0 stars I would avoid at all costs.

Went there with my wife and son looking for a broche for my son's christening, despite them not having one, I thought I would get something random for my wife and one of the sales reps looked at me as if I couldn't afford the items (I was dressed kinda daggy), still bought the items because my wife loved them, but, the experience was shocking.

Friendly staff. Always will to help. Emma was great, remembered my friend and I from a previous week and was able to lend her assistance. She was there to help us and ensure that we got what we needed rather than overselling us every little thing. Always a friendly environment when we walk it. Great place you any of your jewelry needs

Very friendly staff and helpful in picking out an engagement ring - however when the ring came in, it was in the wrong size, despite me placing the order for the correct size and I was told I would need to pay a resizing fee to fix this even though it was their mistake.

Bought my soon to be wife engagement ring here and pur wedding bands. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Even when it's busy and the store is packed your never made to feel rushed. Helped out greatly all the staff are amazing.

Donna provided friendly and professional service regarding restoring my wedding band, which she helped get some of its shine back. She was also very helpful providing information about the titanium ring range.
