I had a great initial experience and sent a ring off for resizing immediately after purchasing. When I went into the store to pick it up, I did not receive a very friendly welcome. No ID was cited for me to collect the item which strikes me is odd seeing as this was not the same sales person that served me last time and it was an expensive item. I was given the ring in a small plastic bag and when I asked for a bag to carry it in, after some deliberation I was given one. I asked for a ring box and was told I couldn’t have one as each ring comes its own box. Luckily, I remembered to mention that I did buy the ring from this store and send it off for resizing immediately. Service could definitely be improved for a better experience, not sure I will return to this branch…

I visited the store on 29/11/21 and the two staff members were amazing (Jackie and didn't get the name of who I assume was the manager - she was amazing too!). They were attentive but not pushy. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and the whole time I was there, it was service with a smile There was absolutely no pressure to buy and I left feeling so good about the experience, that I will likely pop in on the regular to browse and possibly buy if I see stuff I like! Thank you ladies for making my day! I can definitely say I did not have the same experience at any of the other jewellers at Rouse hill.

Spent roughly $1300 on a eternity ring for my wife, when purchasing I asked the salesperson if the ring had plenty of material for re sizing and I was told yes and the resizing will be free of charge. When we returned a week or so later to get it resized I was told it would cost $80 to resize it. After my wife argued that it should be free we agreed to get it resize. After she left they called my wife to tell her that its not possible to resize this ring. This a complete joke and waste of my time we will now get a refund and shop somewhere else and will not return to a Michael hill shop.

The most amazing experience EVER! Shout out to Rebecca who was nothing but sweet, kind, patient and so informative about the different rings I was looking at. It can be so intimidating to go ring shopping but she was not that at all! She was so easy going and helped give suggestions so I could find my perfect one. She is amazing and deserves all the praise! Definitely will be coming back to see her <3 Thank you Rebecca :))

The manager Sharon, has been fantastic in helping me with my lifetime diamond warranty claim. She is warm, compassionate and genuine. Congratulations Michael Hill on having such a valuable employee. After some unsatisfactory service in the past. Meeting Sharon has turned my experience around and am happy to recommend Michael Hill Jewellers at Rouse Hill Town Centre.

My son and I went in store today to buy a silver bracelet .We were met by a lovely lady Donna ,she was so helpful and friendly she definitely knew her jewellery. She helped us straight away and we bought a lovely braclet .We will definitely be back especially if we are served by Donna such a friendly assistant and so helpful . Thank you .

Worst experience ever. Staff behaviour was very rude. Before selling product they always try to sell it with good behaviour, but whenever I went there to pick up my rings the staff behaviour was quite rude, no smile, no eye contact, even they didn't ask for my ID . It happened with me twice and I am not going back to this outlet.

Very poor customer service from the single male and 2 female customer service staff.They did not offer any assistance even though I spent more than 10 minutes looking at various items.The man acknowledged and even spoke to a caucasian male customer who came in after us.Took my business elsewhere don't recommend shopping here.

Customer service was impeccable. My partner and I came in to look at wedding rings and get a feel for what we want. No pressure at all from both of the people who served us. Had a great laugh and left feeling the want to purchase from them. Which we will be doing in the coming weeks and can't wait to go back in! Thank you

Fantastic service from start to finish. I put my watch in for repairs (very sentimental as was the last gift my husband gave me before passing) it has been restored to looking new so thank you. I had a bad experience with another MH store in the past so very happy to have found great caring staff & manager in this store

Awkward when you go in there, not in your best dressed and they automatically assume you're a child. I would've paid for the $600 earrings if the salesperson didn't talk down to me and tell me to "ask my parents before making big purchases". Don't take customers at face value.

I like the jewellery however the products don't have a price tag. When you ask for an item, the staff have to go to the counter and calculate the price. Time consuming and non transparent process.
