Really nice place for kids, young and old... toddler play area was decent with a variety of equipment for under 4 year olds. Seems safe and clean... Just a couple of downsides, hoping the manager reads this: 1: No soap in soap dispenser and lights were not working, neither was the hand dryer, 2: No staff/supervisor in the toddler section... had over 4 year old children (aged 6 and up) running amuck around my 3 year old knocking her down pretty hard and pushing her off the slide, and they had NO socks on even though there are many signs around. These kids were pushing around the younger kids and throwing toys around. Parents of these kids were sitting ON most equipment chatting away instead of being a parent.. Maybe there needs to be a staff member there at all times to be sure no kids over 4 get in there. **I did tell the lovely gentleman that was at the front about this, and he quickly responded to action which was really good. 3: Maybe because it was Australia day, but there needs to be more staff around, the girl there today looked terribly depressed and unapproachable. 4: Needs more seats in the toddler section for parents to sit and supervise. Other than that, overall a nice place and we will definitely be back. Hoping this time around, parents actually READ the signs and keep their over 4 year olds away from the toddler section.

My daughter and her friends had a blast for her birthday party, the room booked for her birthday party was spacious and well decorated, the party room had the AC on which was great because it was very hot inside, we had a few guests that didn't come so there was a whole heap of food left, we are against food wastage so my husband suggested that we ask to take the left over food (most of which hadn't even been touched) home with us , the response we received was we are not allowed to, this is confusing, we paid for the food , there was heaps left , and I heard someone saying it was going to the bin but the food was taken back to the kitchen, if it's going in the bin that's a heck of alot of food wastage which is disappointing.

This establishment is part of a larger structure. The large area, where most patrons go has some large sized climb and slides, jumping castles and other fun air blown play equipment. There are a few large carpeted courts where parties are hosted, a small reception area, and in the back is a large small child play area. Overall the place was neat and kept up. We did not try any of the menu or drinks nor the larger castles. But the small child’s area was ample, quiet and functional. Many of the balls in the ball pit were ruined, deflated, or flat but there were still ample amounts for the pt.

I will give a three because the space for toddlers is huge and well away from the big kids area. My 1 year old enjoyed the ball pit and other play area. The issue was that there were older kids running around and rough playing with their ball. They looked to be between the ages of 8 to 15. Their parents (looks like they came from a birthday party) were there who left them to run around so I couldn't relax having my one year old roam freely in the sealed off area. On top of that some adults took over the smaller ball bit.

My grand daughter who is 7 found all the big jumping equipment not good for her so she came where her 2 year old sister was in the 4 and under was only To be confronted by young staff girl and asked her how old are you she should have asked me as I was right there so grand daughter felt frightened of the way she was approached.i never made any fuss as we wanted the girls to have fun and we never had much time due to closing at 4pm on the day.

Sceptical as we approached the front door as the overfilled rubbish bins are the first thing to greet you, if they can't be moved I'm sure they could be disguised. The 9yo we took loved it and the inflatables all looked well cared for from what I could see, the toddler area was well equipped aswell. Needs a bit of a spruce up outside and more staff it seemed chaotic and I wonder if anyone was keeping an eye on max capacity.

Went here for my daughters birthday with a few friends. They had a ball. Great place for them to play all day. Note: make sure your child wheres knickers especially if they are wearing shorts. My luttle one didnt put any on and was obsessed with the steep slide. Results = carpet like friction burn on butt cheeks. funny now. Not for her though

My kids LOVED this place, and me and hubby had a blast too! Hot chips were really nice, hot & fresh. And the $10 bowl to share is nice and big! This place caters for all ages. Our littles ones were able to play in the toddler area while the bigger kids played some indoor soccer, or played on the big bouncy arena. Will definitely be back again.

Its a lot of fun on the jumping equipment as there is a variety and at a reasonable price. Customer service from the girls was good. I have to say coffee here is absolutely terrible! All milk & water…yuk! They do have hot food, but wasn’t game to try it! I think I will bring my kids here again to play but bring some snacks/food and eat in the car!

One of the best facilities in town. Great for kids and adults alike. The staff are great, friendly and locals. Prices are incredibly cheap for such a great venue. Whether it's your local sporting group or association, this the best place to go to have some fun and run riot for a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience at micks jump and play today they always go above and beyond for us each time we visit mick and the team couldn’t be more helpful they make the experiences so much more enjoyable for families and we have such a great time! My daughter really loved her party today! Thank you ❤️

This place is nice and relaxed, people come and go on the courts as they please and children run around all over the place all the time! Lots of super fun inflatables here; the most I have ever seen set up on one big court and the kids get to run through all of them! It will definitely tire the kids out!

Love this place! I’ve taken my daughter here regularly ever since she was 1. Their under 4’s area is HUGE and it’s so worth it to spend a couple hours here especially with older children because of the main area with all the inflatables. Such a classic place to spend time with your littles!

Had my sons birthday there yesterday! Amazing party! Such a big Fun area for the bigs kids to play and a separate fantastic area for the little kids to play too. The host of the party was so amazing and great at her job, thank you mick for assigning her to us. Thank you for a great party!

Had my daughter's birthday at Mike's, and it was great. All the kids had lots of fun, party host was very attentive, and there was nothing to worry about. New function room is really nice and well set up. I highly recommend for all party needs, or just to take the kids to play.

We went to the under 4s section, and it was ok but very messy and dirty. There's lots of popped balls laying around the place, lots of stains and marks. The equipment and variety is pretty good through. Would be much better if it was cleaned properly.

Absolutely amazing staff and service. Kids had an absolute ball for there birthdays, we had hired the venue out for after hours and staff entertained the kids, and were so helpful with setting up and packing up. Highly recommend micks jump n play.

Fantastic. Best place for 1 year olds. Little kids area was huge and there were sections for the younger in that age group. 4 and up also seemed really good. Lots of giant inflatables. Didn't get to try that as I only have a young child.

It's not that expensive and you get so much time to play. An event was hosted there from 6-9 pm and it started raining so it didn't get wet inside but it definitely was cold. So pack your kids up in warm clothes if you don't want them to

Micks jump n play are a joke. You can’t bring in your own food for a birthday party, that’s how greedy they are with money. They want you to spend money on their food that is old and yuck. I don’t recommend this place for a 1st birthday.

Nice place, very friendly staff and lots of different blow up castle & slides. Gave them 3 stars instead of 4 only because it could dust the place a bit better (on the side of the shed) otherwise is clean and the prices are ok.

I took my son to this place and it was wonderful, but he got burned from the slides and he got his skin off and blisters so its alright, but its better using a jumper or hoodie so u can prevent that from happening.

Went along for my son's friend's birthday party. Massive venue with more inflatable equipment than the kids know what to do with. The staff were all very hard working and did an excellent job with the kids' party.

We had our daughters birthday party and 10-12 children package. It was great. Helpful staff and everything was just great. So thank you Mick to you and your team. Keep up the great work you guys are doing.

Best play centre in Melton. It's massive and spacious and loads of fun for the kids and parents.. there's a tiny tots area for little ones.. Food and toilet available.. They hold birthday party's too..

This place is absolutely awesome for the kids and even the big Kids. If your looking for a bday party or just somewhere to make sure the kids are worn out then this is the place to go!!

Absolutely love the toddler area for my little one. Staff monitored the 'no-one over 4yo' rule, and asked bigger kids to leave so I felt very comfortable with my 21month old playing!

This was great big open venue all though the baby changing stations could do with an upgrade as it’s just a table in the shower otherwise great place will be going back!

Inflatable castles were terrific for the kids, only one wasn't in working order. However, the managers (floor staff were legends) were quite abrasive.

Great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Two sections, one for small kids and a large inflatable area for bigger kids.

Use the Gym facilities. Has a huge number of modern machines, and a ladies only room. Reasonable fees as well as casual rate.

Haven't hosted a bday but attended many :) like that they make it easy for parents to watch their kids on each activity!
