I have been going to this Microplay for over 10 years. I've always had great service, they offer retro games and always have a good selection of games on all consoles. Unlike the majority of microplays, it is not affiliated with a Videotron Superclub (thank goodness) and is therefore one of the only microplays still open in Quebec.

Very bad service, I rented an Xbox one for a day ($50) and it didn't work halfway, not able to read the games, full space etc. I haven't received any apology or refund for this, you have to believe that it's normal to rent and sell broken things from them. Avoid this microplay!!

Very good place, the coaches are competent and offer good programs. There is a floor reserved for women. The only downside is that users don't really respect hygiene rules with the devices. Personally, I clean everything before and after my workout.
