This quick story actually started 9 years ago with Findlay Roofing. They replaced my 10 year old roof due to hail damage. Professional and courteous people but the work was not great. Alot of broken screens, damaged bushes, damaged deck, forgot to add a ridge vent.....etc. 5 years later I was changing out my satellite companies when the guy alerted me about the roof being soft where the old satellite was. Apparently the roofers placed shingles around the dish instead of removing it first, completing the roof and then reinstalling. In 2015 I contacted Findlay and they sent someone out, looked at the problem and said they had to come back with the right shingles and wood. Tiem went by and I contacted them on a online chat.....said they would look into it. I got busy and forgot about it and they never came back. So a couple years ago we had water stains in the corner from that dish problem, not alot and again I was super busy and never called them. Then a month ago I found mold in my second level storage closet. Called Findlay and was told they don't service Charlotte anymore. They emailed me and copied Jorge from Roof Roof who was now responsible for Charlotte (10 year warranty). No word from him. I emailed his contact person and got on a schedule to review not only the dish problem but the new leak affecting my closet. Jorge showed up on time. He's a very nice person and we had a nice chat. He looked it over and was convinced it was not a roof problem but instead a siding problem. I listened but disagreed as the logic was not right to me. He said he would come back in 2 days, fill the gap on the siding and then do a leak test. He never showed and no word back. I called and they scheduled a new time/date. He was supposed to be there at 10am...no show no call. I call again and they schedule a guy (installer) to come out and review the roof closer. Again no show so I called and he came later in the day. The installer looked it over and determined it was a roofing problem and fixed the leak at the closet as well as the dish. In the mean time Jorge wanted $250 for the dish fix so I again went over the details of the job that was not done correctly in an email. I then inspected the work when the installer left and he installed a different color shingle. I texted Jorge about this.....no answer back and I have not heard from him since. Like I said Jorge is great and I am sure he will do well. He certainly had to deal with something that was not his fault but it was certainly not mine either. I will not call back to ask for them to replace the shingle with the correct shingle as its not worth the aggravation. Now I am just hoping the new install was correct.

If you value your home as your investment, DO NOT TRUST this company. They use unskilled workers and your roof may look great on the outside; however the workers skip tasks and cut corners. Years later your home will have MAJOR ISSUES. Roof installed some years ago with Findlay Roofing. We’ve discovered the work was not great. Some years ago we used this company to replace our roof. As we were doing renovations to our home, we discovered water damage caused by improperly installed roof. Flashing installed was not long enough and installer also left a hole in home on the side of the chimney. Water has been damaging home on the outside. We would have never known had we not decided to do some renovations. We contact this company to report this issues, Gema Garcia, who is also Jorge and is the Sales Rep., President & Owner first pretended to care and willing to help resolve. He claimed he could not find our paperwork and needed to contact “Home Office” located in Atlanta, GA (this was a lie), then he told us he was waiting on paperwork from Greenville, SC, this was also a lie, he now claims the roofing company was sold to another roofing company in Greeneville, SC. We have our paperwork and able to prove to him when our roof was installed. He has saw the extent of the damage to our home and he has since avoided us and has mislead us on resolving the issue. He has not returned phone calls and does not reply to emails. Don’t use this company. As a another customer stated in their review….. STAY AWAY FROM ROOF ROOF!! We had to hire another roofer and contractor to fix the issues. Roof Roof has avoided us.

Issue still not resolved Sept 14, 2020. Issue still not resolved Aug 2020...makes promises, but doesnt follow through and disappears for weeks with no communication. Issue still not resolved June 2020.....Jorge does not return calls since he last said windows would be replaced under warranty on June 12. Issue still not resolved in May 2020........Windows were not installed properly. You can see daylight around window and the frame. Jorge came out and said it was installed wrong. He said they would get it taken care of, but haven't heard back from him since april 14, 2020 No response to messages and doesn't return call. Called and talked to Jessica who said Jorge would get it scheduled, but no follow up from either of them. They tried to patch the work in 2018, but it was just a cover up of the shoddy install. We have water damage due to their incorrect installation. Pictures are blurry due to plastic up by water mitigation company.

We had some issues with our Windows leaking and John came out and fixed the problem very quickly! He is very professional and did an awesome job! UPDATE: I am marking my star back down to a 1 because since John came out and did a what I would call "a temporary fix"....the windows are still leaking. This has been an ongoing issue since June 2014 from the original install. The window upstairs in my sons room leaks like a waterfall every bad wind/rain storm we have. We contacted them yet again and they sent out Jorge....this was over a month ago and he came, looked, said he saw gaps to the outside around the frame, was going back to the office and would call us with a game plan. Its been over a month and still nothing. We also have molded carpet, drywall damage, and have had to contact a water mitigation company. Save your time and stress level and STAY AWAY FROM ROOF ROOF!! When we first moved to Charlotte, it became necessary to replace a small portion of the roof. We were very satisfied with the work done by RoofRoof. When it recently became necessary to have the rest of the entire roof replaced, we called on them again. Although Jorge was not involved with the first job, he was aware we were repeat customers and worked very professionally and most respectfully with us. He explained the process, gave us options, and a fair price. The seven man crew came in early in the morning as expected, and would rked continuously throughout the day. At the end of the job they cleaned up, leaving no unwanted materials and satisfactorily completed another fine job. We have been assured by Jorge that if any problems exist, they will address them to our satisfaction right away. We definitely recommend ROOFROOF for all your roofing needs.

From the beginning when I called the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful & informed me that someone would return my call the same day.As I waited I also called other companies with the same repsonse,surprisingly roof roof called the same day & sent a sales representative out the next few days. The sales representative was very nice & knowledgeable about different types of shingles for my mother's home. After he gave us an estimate of an roof replacement, other Companies came out to give an estimate but roof roof was better far as price & quality! The crew arrived early Friday morning and completed the job by 4:00 pm. Arrival time 7a.m. -departure 4 pm great clean up job. Overall wonderful job! HIGHLY recommend this company. Lastly the sales representative came out to make sure that we were pleased Great customer service!

My roof was replaced weeks ago by Roof Roof. My house has a lighting rod cables on them. When the job was done the crew still hasn't put the cables back on after repeated attempt to contact the crew to have it back on. I'm so disappointed in their work and about the whole situations. Makes me wonder if I made the right choice to hire them. What was said on quote day will totally be different once you get the final bill when the project are completed. After the project was compleyed, the lighting rod cables were still dangling off the side of the house which makes it much more dangerous if lighting does strike the house. Several times the crew assured me that they will have the cables back on before and after the project and yet they fail to address the issue after the fact.

I definitely appreciate the thoroughness from Jorge with explaining everything in detail from start to finish of the new roof. Jorge was very patient and always willing to answer any questions or concerns at anytime. I felt great about choosing Roof Roof from a referral of a family member once I saw the job completed. Roof Roof displayed excellent customer service, great value and an awesome roof. I will totally recommend Roof Roof to anyone in search of a new roof or repairs. Kudos for Jorge on making sure everything was explained perfectly and providing honest feedback on the roof selected. When we discovered a stain on our kitchen ceiling, we knew to address it before it became a major issue. We had used Roof-Roof Charlotte previously to fix a smaller issue with our roof. So we did not hesitate to call them for what we suspected was a larger issue. After Jorge and our insurance adjuster agreed the entire roof needed replacement, the work started. Not only was the work done to our satisfaction, including a professional job of installing and cleaning up afterwards, but the sign on our lawn generated questions about the company. We gladly recommended Jorge and the entire Roof-Roof team for their reasonable rate, and their professionalism.

My experience with Roof Roof started out well and they inspected my gutters and provided me a quote quickly. But after the first visit, my roof started to leak and I asked them to take a look at that as well. So I was expecting for them to setup a time again, but instead the roofer showed up without any notice. I was a little surprised but fortunately I was home. They took a look at the roof and they said they would get back to me. I waited a few days, called several times, and left several messages but no response. Disappointed in the experience. Update: Changing my review to 4 stars. They've contacted me and tried to resolve the issues.

So Jorge went out of his way to help me with my insurance and taking pictures for me to submit to them. He did the Job quickly and professionality. The problem comes in when our attic fan stopped working when I checked on it the wire literally fell out of the wire nut which is terrifying. I called Jorge and he said they no longer install attic fans since they don't have a licensed electrician which I can understand why. I asked for a replacement fan (I was going to have an electrician wire it) and he has not answered any more text messages or calls since. Nice people till it comes to the support side then they stop answering calls :/

Called to have my roof inspected after paying someone else who did a suspect job a couple years back. I was hesitant that they were going to say that I needed a new roof since they offered the inspection for free. I did know that one part of roof roll was left off by last contractors, about an 8 inch square. They said the underlayment was protecting the wood and only needed a patch of roll. They were honest, said the roof was fine and gave me the areas to be sure to sweep and a spot which might need a flashing replacement down the line but will likely be fine. I was surprised by the honesty and glad I called.

We had our roof replaced a few years ago and it leaked the very first time it rained a few days after. It took several phone calls to get them to send someone out. They never called to schedule or anything, someone just showed up and did it, I wouldn't have even known but I came home to somebody on the roof. When I asked him if he was coming inside to take care of the ceiling stain, he simply left without saying a word. They fixed the leaked but the stain is still on my ceiling and no one responds to us. I will NEVER use them again. They handled everything excellently until I handed them the check.

The appointment for the cost estimate was easily made, and thanks to Jorge we found that, actually, our roof had significant hail damage. His recommendation to contact our insurance company paid off: the roof was to be replaced through our insurance, a significant saving as you can imagine. The team that came to install the new roof was done in 2 days, and everything was done to specs and as promised. Jorge is very responsive if you have questions, and they take care of insurance issues as well. I can very much recommend them! Plus: with a company name like RoofRoof... come on! :-)

Their representative showed up on time and was polite and courteous. Climbed all over the roof and found more than I thought was wrong. I don't do heights. He took pictures and showed them to me and he gave me an estimate. The roofer showed up on schedule (after I called to check) and was also polite. He was here about an hour and a half and seemed to know what he was doing. Work seems to be good although I was a little surprised at the cost for the short amount of time and the few materials that were used. I would recommend them but would probably negotiate a little more on cost.

Spectacular responsiveness and 'top dog' communication from beginning to end with Mighty Dog Roofing. The experience was just - wow! After scheduling an appointment for the following day - open to something sooner - I received a call from Colin Ricks precisely 2 minutes later, saying he was close to the property and could stop by. Full inspection, comprehensive explanation of incident via phone call, with supporting pictures. To say Colin/Mighty Dog deliver trust and confidence is an understatement! My go-to guys, and highly recommend. Outstanding customer service.

An absolute nightmare dealing Roof Roof and Jon Sabo (owner). I had Roof roof replace roofing and siding. Ten days later, a roof leak. Multiple times I tried to get them to come back to honor their "5 year leak warranty". Mr. Sabo threatened me with "a $90 an hour" to come investigate the leak. It required BBB and NC Attorney General (Consumer Protection Agency) intervention for him to send a third party to finally replaced an improperly installed boot. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Roof Roof.

Colin inspected my roof after I discovered a wet spot on the dry wall ceiling in the living room. After a thorough inspection we discovered that the roof wasn’t leaking. He showed me a window was partially open upstairs allowing water to leak down the side seal of the window because the window wasn’t shut. He walked me through my roof health and followed up after another rain storm to ensure that we hadn’t missed anything. Great company, and definitely request Colin if you have roof concerns.

I will be using Mighty Dog for all my future roofing needs. They came out within 48 hours to repair an area of the roof that was leaking and performed a quality fix that should last for years. What I liked in particular was the detailed estimate, the transparency of the work actually done (before and after photos clearly showing the damage and extent of the repair), and the responsiveness of everyone including manager Andy and the crew who came out to fix it. Price was fair too.

I had Roof Roof replace my roof last December and they did a great job. Very conscientious about clean up as well. Dependable, professional and courteous. I needed a slight fix this past December due to some squirrel damage and naturally I called Roof Roof because of my prior experience with them. They didn't disappoint, came out when promised and took care of my problems. I would recommend them for any work you may need, replacement, repairs, or squirrel prevention.

Jesse Campbell was great. I thought I had a hole in my attic it turned out it was a vent and the last contractor did not hook my bathroom fan back up to the vent.Jesse hooked it up and also checked my attic out for leaks and damage . The entire process was exceptional from start to finish!! Starting with Jorge Loor, he was very knowledgeable and walked me through the insurance process of filing a claim with my insurance company- he even met the insurance inspector at my residence while performing the inspection. The installation of my roof by the crew was efficient and extremely detail-oriented. I would recommend this company to everyone, I had an awesome experience!!!!!

Alex came to our house on a Saturday morning for an emergency repair. We were greeted with Courtesy and professionalism. Alex Very enthusiastically Fixed the problem in a Timely manner and also inspected the rest of the roof for additional damage and was able to Take care of a few other potential problems at no additional charge. We were very happy with Mighty Dog who had been recommended by a previous neighbor. Our project manager Andy in particular went out of his way to address all and any concerns we had and he checked with us constantly to see that we were happy. The team was excellent and tried their best to minimize any inconvenience and were tidy and efficient. Just as our neighbor had said, they did a good job for a fair price- we are well happy!

I reached out to the owner on a Sunday morning, as I had past clients find a leak in their attic. Rain was in the forecast for the next several days, so they were hoping to take care of it ASAP. Jorge Loor Jr was the person who came to my home to check my roof.He was very professional, took time and pictures to show what was going on with my roof. My roof was leaking in a couple of spots. Roof roof diagnosed it and put together a couple of options for me and my wife to go over. We decided to re roof the whole back half of the house since everything was on the back side (skylight,chimney,sattelite dish,etc.. The roofers came out quick and finished in one day. They were verry polite and did an amazing job. The clean up was exceptional as well.

I highly recommend Mighty Dog. Colin came out when we had a leak in our attic, and he quickly patched up a few things on the roof that were installed incorrectly by someone else. The next day it rained heavily, and the leak was gone. He was prompt, communicative, and fast. Honestly, I hardly knew he was here, and I was working from home the whole time. This company is great to work with. They have repaired our roof on two separate occasions and both times they provided a comparable estimate, scheduled the repair within days, arrived promptly, completed the work, cleaned up after themselves, and provided before and after pictures. In an industry with a lot of bad contractors, these guys are a blessing to deal with.

After the recent rain storm, I noticed we had a leak in our home . I went with roof roof because I recieved the lowest quote from Chris after talking to 3 other company's. Chris was able to diagnose our problem with the leaking roof and sent an experienced crew to make the necessary repairs. They cleaned up and left our yard clean . I would recommend Roof Roof .

Not the cheapest, but they did a great job. Very responsive to comments and details. I almost felt bad gigging them on little stuff, they were falling all over themselves to make it right. Boss was up on the roof touching up paint on the vents. Left a clean jobsite. Final price came in lower than I expected, given what they ran into repair-wise.

Disappointing experience: they were not able to fix all the issues we had with our roof. After noticing ongoing leaking issues with our roof we had a hard time to get the refund for the work not completed. Overall it was stressful, time consuming, and a complete hassle to deal with this company and would not recommend it.

This company replaced my roof two months ago and within a week squirrels were getting in. My HOA has been contacting them for 2 months and they could care less about coming back out. We just gave them 24 roofs to replace and that's how they act so I'm going to go anywhere online I can and let people know my experience.

The team did a good job and were very quick with the job on the roof. They had some minor cosmetic damages to a couple parts of the home and took a couple weeks after a few no call no shows to come back out and replace but they took care of it for the most part. Above all satisfying experience and would recommend.

We are selling our home and had two minor issues from a home inspection that needed to be repaired.
