I am actually writing this review although I did not brought my car to Mike Galazka for service Centre. Let me explain. My steering wheel was locked and I couldn't turn the key into the ignition. I even watched many youtube videos and tried their help, no success. Many people tried to help with still no success. Basically I could not start the car. When I called last Thursday morning (I am sorry I did not take the name of the gentleman who answered), I was given much detailed guidance on what the car problem was and what I should do to repair it, which did not involved bringing it to the garage, at all. In fact, he said a prior client had the same issue with his Honda Civic because this is a common problem with this make and model The gentleman explain on the phone that I should call a locksmith. I was so floored and grateful for his answer. He could have told me to tow the car to the garage, and sell me unnecessary parts and service, while cashing extra money by being the middleman and calling a locksmith for me. I just want to say a HUGE thank you for this stellar phone service. And for that reason, I recommend this garage and I will go there for maintenance once I can start it. Mike Galazka's garage is trustworthy, reliable and very honest. And by the way, they did not ask me to write this review and don't know I did. Many thanks again!!

I've been bringing my Impreza here for years, the last time, I brought it for a spring oil and tire change, Martha called and told me I didn't NEED an oil change as I was way below the recommended KMs. I asked them to go ahead anyway but realized they were trying to save me just over $100. I've always had trustworthy, honest, and reliable repairs. I have no hesitation recommending this garage to anyone...EVERYONE should go here. Seriously. And...they topped up all my fluids without me having to ask or adding it to my bill :)

In response to the customer with the wheel nuts. I think it's important to also note that wheel nut that have the covers are something regularly replaced due to swelling. This swelling can lead to them being rounded off and unable to be torqued correctly. For this to occur they do not need to be rusted. It's an unfortunate design flaw in which many have to deal with. It is also a pain to remove them when this issue occurs. Was it by chance on a GM vehicle such as a Equinox or Acadia?

Best car service I've gotten in Canada. They're honest, organized and diligent. You will get an accurate diagnosis of your car and maintenance plan. This is not one to those places where the owner will try to get more money from you. If you need a repair they'll tell you. If not, as they will tell you as well. I have moved out of Sandy Hill and I'm still taking the car to their shop. Each star is completely deserved. Good job guys!

Best service I ever had! They brought the broken part to me to show me what was wrong and they are always up front with me. I once brought my car in because of a rattling sound coming from the muffler area. I was expecting to spend some money. They told I just had a missing bolt. They changed it for free. They are honest, kind and have great customer service!

This is the second generation of the Glazka family working this business along with long term staff members. They built their business on being great to their customers and have earned the loyalty of those people. Can't say enough about the team there! You are in good hands!!

An honest mechanic! Went in thinking I had to get the motor on my rear wiper replaced, and they instead fixed it just with some lubricant, saving me quite a bit in the process. Other similar stories with other visits too - definitely recommend!

Really happy I found this place! I've brought in my car two or three times to them and they've always been honest about work should be done and what work wasn't necessary or could be postponed. Prices are very reasonable too.
