Update! Went back to Miladys regarding my previous purchase and was assisted again by Cheryl and the manager, Anita. I returned the bras, and they gave me a voucher. I received excellent customer service from them and they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this store, and I will definitely be back. Spent R2000 on 8 bras. 4 of them can not be worn because the wire came out after wearing it once. Wasted R1000 which I saved up to be able to make this purchase. Sent them a message and no reply. I understand it is a manufacturer mistake but if you are going to charge so much for a product, make sure it is decent quality. Sad about the poor customer service because excellent customer service from Cheryl made me buy there in the first place. Wish they were all like Cheryl...

My Mom had the most upsetting shopping experience ever. My mom was looking to buy a few blouses, but unfortunately the person in store let my Mom feel like a felon, did he think my Mom was going to steal?? He didn't ask If she needed help, just kept moving with her step by step. I mean really, how scary and off putting is that?! Do you not teach your trainees?? Needless to say, we won't be coming back any time soon!!! - Does anybody attend to these reviews?

A truly brilliant retail experience that exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Anita and her team. Personal and friendly service way beyond what one would expect from a chain store in a big mall, especially during a particularly busy period. The store is well stocked and neatly organised, with a suitable staff complement.

I love Miladys's clothes!!!! Staff so friendly!!!! But I think they must fire their designer....swimwear is hideous this season (2019/ October)! !!! You will be very safe swimming in the sea, because a shark will lose it's appetite when it sees you in their new swimwear!!!!!!

You can always find clothes that fit the bigger size body and the prices are very reasonable plus the sleeves of the short sleeve tops have a decent length. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop at Milady's.

Wish they were more lenient with their exchange policy, especially with change of season. Bought summer clothes more than 28 days ago and now they refuse to exchange. Tell me I should have looked at the back of my receipt...

Whoh !! the shop is always so clean and neat. Staff is friendly and management in the store is tops. Anita well done garments are slways marked and no need to look for prices.

Their teller system a bit of a problem. Which can cause problems with exchanges or returns. Bought shoes which broke after 3 weeks. Quality not of the best. Imports from China

I am waiting 3 weeks now for garments to be couriered from Brackenfell PnP to Cape Gate and still was not informed if it arrived or not. Very bad client experience!!

Like their clothes, although the styles could be a little outdated to some Be careful with returns, Covid has resulted in more stringent rules
