Eddie was great! He stayed on top of my order and helped me though my situation. I was needy and engaged a lot in my order. Eddie was patient and reassured me on my order. Everything was perfect and if anything needed a change, he took care of it immediately. No stress at all for me. He took care of it all. The transition was smooth when I was handed off to Sarah in New York for delivery/pick up from dealer. Eddie was still engage and communicating. Sarah in the New York office promptly responded to my emails/communications. She was prompt on any last minute adjustments and made the pick up simple and perfect. If something was off, she took care of it. Really nice young lady, thank you Sarah! I recommend MAS because you get what you want (custom order) at a fair price (no dealer markups). MAS understands the military situation and works with the customer to meet their needs given their situation - stress free! This is my second car though MAS and I will get another in a few years.
