The people here are nice, despite the place being run down. However, I went to this place to unlock a mobile device. I didn't necessarily have the time to do it myself.. but I only ended up wasting even more time and resources. I recommend those who have rooted mobile phones and want them to be unlocked to NOT go here. Unlock the device yourself and save your time and money. Every time I went to pick it up, it "wasn't available". The person had the device and was "unrooting it". I got the device back, software remained virtually unchanged with the addition of 1 or 2 apps. It took me 6 DAYS to finally get the device back, and I ended up coughing up $30 for a code with a device that remained virtually unchanged despite their statements of attempted "unrooting". They claimed "you could have picked it up days earlier" but when I called it wasn't available. With the code I had the device unlocked within 15-20 minutes and everything was working. They ask for your number, yet in my experience, it seems like they never even bother using it. We ended up making calls to them to see what was going on. Never again, and I certainly do not recommend others waste their time here either.

Worst possible service one can get - if it can be defined as some sort of service! I wonder what UPS thought when they made this place their UPS Access Point! A letter came in for my friend who lives with me but is travelling outside Canada for a few months. He has authorized me to pick his mail on his behalf but all the people who are taking call at this store are refusing to listen and repeatedly hang-up the phone. When I tried to ask them why they are not following UPS policy published online, the lady hung up the phone. How does one rate this kind of customer service when the service provider thinks that she / he is doing a favour to the customer and doesn't even care to listen to the customer requests / pleadings?

Amazon locker that I use to get my stuff from Amazon is in this building. "Management" often has the store closed despite saying that are open both on Google with their hours, as well as there open sign is on. This has been a HUGE inconvenience with trying to get me Amazon orders, as I only have 3 days to be and to get my order from the locker before Amazon automatically sends it back. And, not only does this happen often, they usually aren't back by the time they say they will be anyway. This happened yesterday to me as well.

I stopped here for a snack run since it was close by. The lady behind the counter was friendly and they had some snack food that wasn't expired. That's about all I have for positives. I bought a bag of chips and when I got home I saw that the chips expired May 8 2023. It's one thing to find a bag of chips in your pantry that are over a month past their due date and decide to eat it but there is no excuse for a store to have expired product on their shelves

Has an Amazon Locker and the Lady is super friendly,its a young business trying to grow,never had any issues during their posted business hours ,its a 1 person show,so I imagine she has to take a break once in a while,but thats perfectly acceptable.

Very friendly owner/operator. Small convenient store with very reasonable prices. Limited selection but the service is friendly, and for that reason a 3.5 star is more appropriate. Very good and accessable location.

I LOVE THE OWNERS, they were there for my family when we didn't have much and were willing to help my mother when she needed it the owners here are some of the nicest people I know thank you so much!!

Rip offs..got phone's before and no trouble but don't waste ur time or money..no refunds..dirty deals..plus they should be reported to children services for having their kids behind the counter

I pop in for darts from time to time. I wouldn't purchase much else from there, but they've always been super friendly when I've been in there and ask how your day is going.

Honestly , the owner (the lady working this morning ) was amazing when helping me with my UPS package , also such a cute little hidden gem of a corner store

This place doesn't know how to ship internationally. Incompitant clerk. Has no business claiming to be associated with UPS.
