I went in today with my daughter to pick out some flowers. I’d already looked up stairs and didn’t like what I’d seen and was directed here by someone who mentioned they were better quality and price. I found this to be correct. But whilst making a purchase my daughter spotted a foil ballon which she wanted and I said no. My daughter began to cry which the attendant noticed and GAVE HER THE BALLOON FOR FREE! I highly doubt if you went in and cried you’d get your flowers for free but I was completely shocked when I even offered to pay for the balloon which was only $5 and she didn’t accept my money! I’d been having the worst week and this really helped make it better. Bless the attendant who served me today! + flowers were awesome AND cheap

Very poor service. Inconsistent pricing. Would not be coming back, their language was terrible; too hard to explain and talk to them especially with the language barrier. Everything they say comes out rude. The first time i was very pleased with the young lady who customised the bouquet with care, and charged me $25 which was very reasonable since it was a big one as well, had small roses, baby breath, purple/pink buds. Second time I get a few stems and each has like 3 small buds, I got 5 of them and price went up to $30 for only 2 types. This bouquet is much much smaller than the first one. I should've went to Woolworth where they have a bigger bouquet of roses, manuka and more various colours for $25.

Beautiful flower bouquets and amazing service! Went there on a Friday afternoon during peak hour, walked past this florist and was delighted to see they have a lot of beautiful bouquets in nice combinations. Within minutes, my 4 years old son picked this lovely bouquet for my in law’s birthday. The staff noticed one of the hydrangeas was starting to wilt so she decided to change it to a new one for us! How thoughtful of her! I mentioned I won’t need them till the following evening and was worried the flowers won’t last considering the weekend was so hot! The staff gave us great tips and chose waterproof wrappings to make it easy to take care of. Will come back again to buy more flowers!

I’m a regular customer at Million Roses. I always purchase flowers from this beautiful shop. The staff at the shop are friendly and very helpful. They listen to you and assists you with care and respect. I love how beautifully they create their flower bouquets, they provide free decoration for the flowers such as wrapping, ribbons and greeting cards. They also provide advice on how to keep your flower fresh and alive for a prolong period of time. I purchased some flowers for an occasion I was attending in the evening. The shop lady went above and beyond to help keep the flowers fresh for the night by attaching water packets.

I was looking for an affordable florist in Parramatta/Sydney who could do a Sunday delivery for a last last minute order and I was panicking as there were not many options. Luckily I found their website. I ordered a ‘Pastel pink bouquet’ and the ‘6 red roses in a hessian bag’. What can I say?! The delivery was on time regardless of the mushy weather. The bouquet was beautiful! Pictures given in their website really doesn’t do it justice. Thank you for your amazing service! I see a returning customer in myself with them :)

the two mature ladies who work here are so lovely upon walking into the store and always greet me with a smile. the other time i shopped here, the bouquet of flowers died much earlier than expected which was sad since they were very pretty and i hoped to get more time out of them. otherwise, their flowers and plants are absolutely beautiful and they gift wrap them very nicely! such good value for money, i travel almost an hour just to purchase from this store because it’s worth it every time :)

Terrible customer service wanted to buy flowers, which was green, blue, white and it was $75 so I decided I’ll come back and have a look around, I then came back and the lady said $85 for the exact same ones. After that I told her I wanted a mix of blue and white which I was willing to pay the amount which she then says “no get this one” in a attitude she didn’t even bother to make them she rudely implied that I take the already made one, when I asked to make me a custom one.

So this florist is who I like to call MY florist. No matter the situation, the owner has always been extremely friendly, helpful and is very talented at creating beautiful arrangements to suit your needs and budget. They are very reasonably priced, their pre-made bunches are fresh and generous and in over 5 years of patronage, I have never been let down. Next time you need flowers, go here and the person you're giving them to will be very, very pleased.

Whenever in Parramatta I always buy flowers for my mother here. The prices and variety of flowers are great. Great care is always taken arranging the flowers. I ordered a home delivery of flowers this year for Mothers Day for my Mum The deliverer was unable to contact Mum so was let into the complex and flowers left outside her door. Mum was most impressed as she received a call later to ensure she had found the flowers. Cannot fault their service

Bought some peonies at $15 each and was told by the lady owner that they are just not blooming yet and will bloom in the next few days, turned out they were half wilted and never bloomed. Pity that this was my second time getting flowers from them and I don't recall my first time being pleasant either. Had to get flowers from them just because it was urgent and hoped for a better experience than the first. Sadly it didn't turn out well.

Have purchased 3+ times here and I'm satisfied every time. The shop owners are extremely friendly and try to meet all of your requests. The lady in particular is very good at preparing bouquets and wrapping up any flower bundles. I've gotten flowers for graduations, birthdays, Valentines, Mother's Day and just for myself and they have all been gorgeous (roses, sunflowers).

I get all my flowers from here! This Wednesday I came in to get a bunch for my Mum's birthday. The ladies there were so polite and helpful - I gave them a budget and colour pallet and they made a beautiful bouquet filled with roses, tulips and the like. Thank you so much for always giving your best work and for always greeting me with a friendly attitude.

I bought a $60 orchid pot from them and died after 2 days, flowers dried out after i take home, even leaves dead too! Will not go back again, everything there so overprice. I bought many $15 and $30 orchid from woolworths, bunnings and ikea they all live long. Flower could stay 2-3 months even after flower dried out the leaves still green and alive.

Such a nice little store that offer a wide range of beautiful flowers at an affordable price ! I have purchased flowers from here, and they do not disappoint; by providing the freshest flowers and putting a lot of time and effort in decorating the bouquet. I would highly recommend this florist.

Couldn’t rate their service any higher, would give more than 5 stars if I could! Changed the time of delivery for me after some last minute changes. They also contacted me because they couldn’t get in touch with the recipient rather than just not delivering. Thanks so much again!

Last weekend I ordered a bouquet to be used in my wedding photography and explained it on the phone only, but she made it exactly what I wanted. The design and quality of the flowers were also excellent. It’s sad point this shop is not near my place.

Went in to buy some flowers. The lady behind the counter took the time to arrange them beautifully. The price was good and the service excellent. I'll definitely buy there again.

Good flowers but they were short lived. They went off within 3-4 days. Usually the once’s we buy stay good for 9-10 days. The staffs also lack customer services skills.

I called in to ask for two pretty bouquets for the price of 70 for both. They were able to make them the day before as I had to pick them up at 7am in the morning.
