The woman in the shop talked in a very rude manner and the moment she picked up her phone she didn’t even treat me and my friend as proper customers; instead, she was yelling and extremely impatient to give any information we needed regarding renting a car there. Horrible customer service and extremely mean treatment.

I don't usually leave reviews but this place is so worth it. It's open 24/7 and the owner is such a great guy - he even gave us a ride when we got back. Also they have hybrid cars, which are convenient on the long run. Highly recommended if you are looking for great costumer service and if you can make up a carload.
