Omg! So glad that I found Mint Removalist Services. I have moved several times over the last couple of years and have used different service providers, Mint Removalist Services by far the best among all of them. Billy and his mate went above and far beyond my expectations. I was so stressed the day before moving home, unable to dismantle some of the furniture, extra stuff everywhere that I didn't have enough bags and boxes to put in so decided to throw away, etc. Surprisingly, they made the moving experience super smooth, they brought extra boxes and fit everything in there (didn't have to throw anything away ) and was super efficient, fast and treated my every single item in great care. When unloading at my new address, they put everything in exact positions I wanted and reassemble my furniture lightening fast. Most importantly, they were amazingly thoughtful and care about their customers. I can't be thankful enough for what they did. When I realized that my refrigerator didn't fit in the designated space (my fridge is too tall), Billy and his mate solved the problem on the spot, he unscrewed the bottom legs of the fridge and put a carton paper instead and the fridge fitted in perfectly. These guys were AWESOME!! The fastest workers I have ever come across. Great communication from Billy and Donna too. Always fast to respond and take care of your needs. I moved from Mascot to EastGardens and the two guys I hired were exactly on time and moved my whole place in 9 hours. Given they had to go up and down elevators cause we lived in and moved to an apartment, it was really really quick. I hired 2 guys but in hindsight I probably should have hired 3. It would have worked out at about the same price, but it just would have been a lot easier for everyone. Also, these guys wrap what needs to be wrapped and they even disassembled a bed for us and reassembled it at the other end. Same for our washing machine. Ok, so with the bed.. I thought it would go out in one piece but I measured it wrong. So I am very glad the guys knew how to disassemble furniture and they even brought tools with them. I guess I’m not the first person who they’ve moved who was geometrically challenged. Lol. Truly, you can’t beat these guys. Their English is good enough to get you by, this stay, that go, help with this, etc. And really, you’re hiring muscle, not a friend, so be happy with what you get. I can’t speak highly enough of Billy and his team, who delivered our interstate move to Brisbane seamlessly. After a number of different quotes from companies who gave vague information and confusing costs, I immediately got a good feeling when I spoke to Billy. His quote was all inclusive, nothing hidden and no stresses about extra charges on the day. He also came to our apartment to ensure he had quoted accurately and could plan for the move. When the week itself came, the service was brilliant. The team came the evening before moving day to start loading, to make sure they could get on the road quickly. They were super fast but careful, important items wrapped, remembering what furniture needed to go where the other end. In delivering next day, Billy actually beat us to Brisbane! And everything was unpacked just as quickly as it had gone in. We are very grateful to Billy for taking so much stress out of a big move for us and would recommend Mint to anyone.

I have used Kent Removals and Grace Removals in the past. I discovered Mint Removals, led by Billy, 5 years ago. In those 5 years, he has done numerous 4-5 hour removals for me, including moving my 4 children in and out of different apartments, reorganising my storage space and finally in May this year, he did my full house removal for me. I would trust no-one else. He moved my expensive antique furniture, grand antique mirrors and the rest of the furniture from my 4 bedroom, 3 level home. Billy and his wonderful workers are so professional, strong, punctual and always so willing to please. Absolutely nothing broken, nothing lost and everything put in the correct rooms in my new home. We used Mint when we recently moved from Pyrmont into a 3 bedroom house in Newtown. Two members of Mint's team worked on the job, and they were excellent - really efficient and took lots of care. They were so quick in dismantling furniture, getting it loaded in the truck, and putting it together again at the other end. We had some fragile items (paintings, glass table tops, mirrors etc) and everything arrived safely. We had most of our items already boxed up, but you can rent packaging if you need - so we hired a few portable robes to transport hanging items. They had everything we needed. Great value for money compared to other removalists. Thanks Billy! Would definitely use again.

Wow! What a great experience with Billy and his colleague. Billy was great on communication from the moment I requested a quote to the day of the move. You can also tell he has done his fare share of moves - his experience showed when he moved all sorts of my items including my marble coffee table and humungous couch. The couch actually didn’t end up fitting through my new apartment front door but billy was determined to get it into our house for us so we ended up knocking on apartments below, borrowing a forklift from the fruit shop below and lifting it over the balcony! What an effort!! Could not recommend him more. Book with Billy you won’t regret it.

Billy and the team were fantastic. They were very careful with fragile items and equally careful with non-fragile items. A lot of care was taken to load our items and unload as well and nothing of ours was lost or damaged in the move - very impressive! Billy was very fair as well, the job finished on half the hour and he just charged for half that hour. He also didn’t try to drag out the move and take extra time to clock up extra dollars. I was very pleased with chose Mint and would highly recommend them.

Moved from fairlight to bagowlah. In last 6 years I have used 4 companies and these guys were the best. A colleague at work recommended them through a move he had. These guys are professional, lovely and well mannered. Very efficient, didn’t waste any time and took care of our belongings like it was theirs! Billy and his guy did a great job with the move. Very friendly and professional. They know the furnitures well and were very efficient with the move. The only down side was that they could have been more careful when transporting my TV. Glad that my TV didn’t break in the end after it fell off from the trolley. Other than that, Billy was very responsible and would make sure my TV works before they leave. Would still recommend to others and make sure you wrap up your stuffs well.

Fast and punctual, these guys did an amazing job! Each piece of furniture was protected and handled with care and it got to the destination without a single damage done. There was no need for micromanaging and repeating instructions. They are friendly and most importantly they deliver what they preach. I'm giving them 5 and a half stars because, unlike the other removalists we have dealt with in the past, these guys have made this stressful event run smoothly.

Benny and team did a fantastic job on packing and moving our flat up the road to a house. They were professional, friendly, great communicators and very flexible to our needs - they even brought the move forward by a day when we asked at the last minute. The packers were lovely, so careful with our stuff and we've never seen boxes so well labelled. The moving team was fast, efficient and careful. And the whole move was fantastic value. Highly recommended.

I NEVER leave reviews unless I really feel the need to (rare!)... but Billy and and team did such an efficient and fast job and I have spoken highly to everyone who has asked how the move went. I'm a single parent and had no other help around to move things later and they went above and beyond to put things were I needed them to be, as well as squeeze the most impossible couch in! WOW!!!! We were absolutely blown away. From first stop- taking apart, wrapping, packing and moving a beautiful beloved Antique WW2 Baby Grand Piano.. To then taking just a little over an hour to unload our storage containers and load a 20m3 truck with pure skill and ease. Billy turned up on time (early actually), was polite, professional and moved all my stuff without a single breakage. He had all the proper equipment - including massive fabric bags for my white leather lounges and mattresses. He also did a great job disassembling and reassembling my beds. Basically, the whole process went exceptionally smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Billy and his team moved our house and our office over 2 days. They were exceptional in their handling of all our furniture and possessions. Billy even hooked up my washing machine for me! I can't possibly recommend these guys enough. They were suggested by a friend and were a blissful to work with. Billy was there 20 minutes earlier and although we started an hour late due to another tenant taking longer than they were supposed to, they finished everything so fast. Billy and his team helped us moving interstate. It was a wonderful experience. On time. Absolutely nothing damaged. Billy came to our facility twice prior to the moving date for measurements. The two trucks were filled up almost precisely with no room wasted. This is our third interstate moving experience and I got to say it won't be better than this.

These guys are super fast, they started to move my 1 bed room apartment from Chatswood at 8 AM, by 1 PM everything was unloaded in Kellyville! They even did the wrapping for sofa, fridge and washing machine themselves. I give 20 stars out of 5! Extremely polite as well
