I really expected to like this place, but I just didn't. It feels like it's trying very hard to be hipster British/American, but just ends up being neither that, nor authentically Lithuanian. The selection of English language books is terrible. I don't think Oxfam would even take these titles. The prices are astronomical. They are selling an 80s typewriter that's not in perfect condition for 100 Euros, that can be found for a tenner on eBay. I get that this is Lithuania, so availability isn't the same as in the UK. But I feel like it would be more authentic and enjoyable to embrace that

One of my favourite places to come and chill out, have some amazing cacao or coffee. This place has a very bohemian classic vibe, with books all over the place. You can come here with your friends to hang out, or do some work. Nice music in the background, friendly staff. Overall, this place has it's own spirit and charm. Of course you can buy books here, they have them in a lot of different languages. There are some handmade artworks and postcards from Lithuanian artists by the counter. AND they also sell old school vinyls :)

Review is just for the coffee. The coffee was decent but when I asked what type of coffee they had available for Americano I received a blank stare. I then asked what country the coffee they were serving is from and the girl told me Americano. Ok maybe she didn't know. There are literally 20 coffee shops very near that not only have way better coffee but better informed baristas. The workers should know if they are serving a single origin or a blend and what country it's from

A really nice and cozy coffee with lots and lots of used books. I'd say it's the nicest coffeehouse to have a rest all over Vilnius. There are many little corners to sit in and read, there are 2 chessboards to play and there are many interesting people going in and out to look at. Very nice. The only downside are the beverages though. The cappuccino is boring w.r.t. the taste. The cocoa with cream is nice though, and there is not much they can do wrong with a simple tea.

Labai jauki atmosfera. Nuostabi kavinė - naudotų knygų knygynas. Galima ateiti, išsirinkti knygą ir čia pat prisėsti ją skaityti prie puodelio kavos. Vieta kiek sunkiau randama, bet tai prisideda prie atmosferos ir tobulai pritinka prie senamiesčio aplinkos. labai patiko aptarnavimas. Ypač patiko supakuotos knygos, kurių viršelis uždengtas, tik vienu-dviem sakiniais aprašyta apie ką knyga - knygos siurprizai. Nusiperki ir tik namuose sužinai ką parsinešei. Super.

I think I found my favorite coffee shop in Vilnius. Cozy and soothing atmosphere. This coffee shop is also a second hand book shop with a large selection of books in different languages. You can stick for more than one hour, choosing a book. A large cappuccino in a beautiful cup - 2.30 euro, one of the best prices in the city center. Desserts looked appetizing, I will try next time :)

Very nice idea of books and little spots to hide for a while surrounded by so many minds :) For a better atmosphere in the evening i would recommend less light, maybe with some desk lamps on the tables? That would be awesome! And also would be useful to let know staff about cakes ingredients :D and more milk alternative options!!! For the rest BRAVO!

Nuostabus nepakartojamas ir žavingas knygynas. Nori knygos ar tiesiog šiaip susitikti? Mint Vinetu tavęs laukia. Nori nuostabios kavos ar arbatos? Užeik. O dar desertai visokie. Ir muzika, nepakartojama muzika. Pats pagalvojau kiek laiko jie jau ten veikia/dirba. 10 metų? 15? Atrodo, kad tikrai senai. Ir nepraranda žavesio. Ačiū jums, kad jūs esate.

Labai jauku, vasaros metu vėsu, malonu, kad yra ir privatesnių kampelių. Galbūt tik kai kurie apiplyšę, kiek dėmėti krėslai ne taip malonu, tačiau gėrimai ir užkandžiai geri, knygos rinktinės ir patraukliomis kainomis, yra LABAI fainų smulkmenėlių, aksesuarų, suvenyrų įsigyti. Nepaisant nedidelių nemalonumų, vis užsuku:)

I was wondering around in Vilnius and wanted to see some authentic spots. Well, this was amazing. You can have a coffee and there are thousands of books to choose. It truly is a place where you can sit down and emerse yourself in fictional worlds while visiting Vilnius. They have great vegan food, too.

It's great! They sell really cheap second-hand books and serve delicious drinks. The workers are very welcoming and quick on their feet. It's quite a small café and everything is a bit crammed - some like that, some don't. I enjoy it very much, it feels very cozy and at home. Overall a lovely place

Incredibly cosy atmosphere and great cocoa! Perfect place to meet friends and have those long deep conversations as it is quiet and there are small intimate spaces to sit away from others eyes. The book selection is also quite big so you are sure to find a good read with your cup of cocoa :)

The nicest cafe I've been to in Vilnius. Without a doubt. Sit, read, and have a delicious (and pleasantly affordable) cup of coffee! There are also some quirky postcards, as well as a small selection of vinyl records, magnets, and other souvenirs, if you're interested in that kind of thing.

Labai jauki atmosfera, atrodo kad ateini į labai seną knygyną, kur pilną įvairiausių senų knygų. Ėjau čia ne dėl knygų, bet esu tikra jog paieškojusi galėjau surasti ką nors pagal savo skonį. Nuostabi kakava su zefyrais, kuri tikrai įeina į skaniausių kakavų topą Vilniaus mieste.

Ypatingai jauki vieta, nereali kakava, puikus mini knygynas, kuriame galima įsigyti knygų, parašytų įvairiomis kalbomis. Čia yra ne tik senų, jau nebeleidžiamų knygų, bet ir naujų ir už žymiai mažesnes kainas. Taip pat galima rasti pianiną bei gitarą, kuriais leidžiama groti.

Cute little book store with cozy reading space and various options for coffee. They have books in Nordic languages as well as Lithuanian and a small collection of English as well.

Awesome cafe-library. Go there to chill drinking fancy drinks (matcha), coffee etc. And read good books. You can also play guitar if you are good enough. Super suggested.
