Simon and sahida were absolutely great from start to finish. I still remember the first phone call with Sahida. I was only looking for a diagnosis for my son as he was 3 and I still had no answers. It turns out with the help of Mintons he has cerebral palsy. Mintons didn't leave me after that they offered to help find me the answers I was so desperate for and in doing so helped me realise this wasn't my fault which I was led to believe. I know this is their job but it felt like more than that. Both Simon and sahida always made time for me , and especially time for my son. The process was lengthy but ultimately successfully in gaining an admission of full liability and a substantial settlement figure which has allowed us to build a fully adapted bungalow and provide our son with the equipment, care and therapy that he requires.
