I could not be more surprised at how well this all worked out. It definitely has that feeling of being "too good to be true" and kinda feels like a scam as you navigate through and create your profile, but it turned out to be completely legit! Can’t believe more people don’t use this option! Super easy to use, incredibly responsive and roughly $20K cheaper than using a real estate agent. I sold my place using just these guys and a conveyancing lawyer and it has been a great experience for both me and the buyer. Saves you a lot of money on agents, though my experience of them 3 years ago was once they have you as a customer there were multiple times they would take far too long to respond to questions or issues which caused problems (several days). The panels where you enter details about the property take a while to get use to.
