I came in to buy a whiteboard and I was given two different prices for whiteboards by the owner and an office lady. The owner was insisting a price higher than his employee, but when I saw the prices posted on a sign near the whiteboards, the employee was correct and the owner wasn't. I mentioned the sign with the correct pricing and the owner looked at me, looked at the sign, then tore it down, destroyed it, and walked away. Maybe they treat customers who buy more with more respect but I felt in no way welcome here. I will happily drive 20 min further to never have to deal with them again.

My company purchased a chair in 2012 with a limited warranty. The office staff identified the incorrect chair that they sold me at that time. When I brought the chair in to get repaired and then pay for the labor to do so, I was told there was no PO number for the office chair that was sold to me and therefore they could not repair it. I drive 150 miles round trip for nothing. If one decides to purchase any product from this business make sure that your invoice is correct before leaving the facility.

I recently purchased a desk from Miramar for my work office and it was a great experience! Chris was very responsive, helpful, and patient with me when I made changes to my order. I also cannot say enough good things about the individuals who delivered my desk, Rodney and Angel! They went above and beyond to help me get things set up in my office and were very friendly the entire time. Overall, it was a great experience!

My boyfriend and I came here to get a new desk chair for us for use at home. We had such a great experience here. We told them what we wanted and our price range and they brought us several chairs to try out. We got exactly what we were looking for. It was so easy. I was really blown away by the service! Called to inquire whether they would help with office furniture for our new house. Online it shows some really beautiful office build-outs. Within seconds the operator came back on the phone and said "no, I'm sorry, we don't do that". What in the world are they advertising. Do NOT go to them if you are looking to put together a home office...

Hassle free! The staff was very helpful and didn't mind us taking our time shopping for the right chair. Picking the right chair needs an endurance test and they had no issues with us hanging out while making our decision. Also if you want variety. They have TONS of options.

This place is a joke, every time I call about a inquiry the unprofessional girl that answers the phone puts you on hold to probably check her Instagram, then comes back saying there’s no salespeople to talk to you right now... won’t be coming here!

The furniture that we purchased for fill a new office less then 6 months ago has already broken. The sales person who we worked with Chris, did not want to help fix, and discontinued responding to our requests for fixing.

I looked at reviews and decided to check the place out since I needed to re-do my office. Facility is nice, the furniture is affordable and not cheaply made and the staff working was very nice.
