How disappointing! The receptionist I was speaking to was extremely rude and condescending. It's unfortunate that this is the image this clinic is providing to it's patients. What an embarrassment to those physicians! I became upset when the receptionist told me that I have to pay a "no show" fee because of an appointment we supposedly missed back in 2012. I don't recall even going there.... She indicated that she spoke to the doctor and the doctor refused to wave the charges since it's their policy. She said that I was lucky they weren't charging me $100- today's going rate. I told her that even bankruptcies are waived after that time and how it was unfortunate they couldn't make an effort to waive it. Had it been a year ago or even 2 for that matter, I would have had no issue paying it since I would most likely have had some recollection of this supposed appointment. She indicated that they do not have a supervisor at the clinic, therefore I couldn't complain- that only the front line staff and the physicians work there. Don't expect to speak with a physician or even dare for a call back from one either because they "never do that". I guess this is an easy way to keep your job- no complains = perfect employee. Hopefully others get better luck than I did.

I was referred from the family doctor ti dr Hamilton and waited for the appointment 4 months, it was booked on Nov. 28 as waiting not confirmed, kept calling the centre for two weeks leaving massages no body call me back to confirm the appointment. I called Dec. 18 to follow up again the receptionist was very rude ? Telling me that you had a confirmed appointment on Dec. 07 and no show $100 will be changed! I told her that no one called me or text me or emailed me for the confirmed appointment. She kept telling me we have it confirmed in our system and we don’t send text or email or even call ! She was absolutely rude! Next day I drove to the clinic checking with the receptionist! Unfortunately she told me the same it is confirmed in our system, l tried to explain that I didn’t get any massages. I requested to meet with Dr Hamilton and waited for 30 minutes ending up telling me Dr don’t want to meet with you and no appointment will be booked. I don’t know how is the Dr and the receptionist communicate with patient! Was very bad experience!

( This morning I received a call from the Mirus Medical; they apologized on behalf of Dr. Mo regarding the issue) My mother was referred to Dr. Mo for her skin issues last year, Before finishing a year we called back to get another appointment as her problem got worse. Today was her appointment but unfortunately Dr. Mo & her team acted very unprofessionally; they called me just 2 hours before the appointment & left a message saying that they have canceled my mothers' app. How can this happens ? As a patient if I want to cancel my appointment I have to inform 24 hours before otherwise I must pay fine but do doctors allow to cancel any time ? How doctor Mo decided to cancel and close my mother's file by saying we need to get a new referral ! why nobody informed me when I called to get an appointment two weeks ago ? eventually there is no answer because her secretary didn't have an answer for me ... They acted unfair towards my mother. Everybody plan for their daily life, we have to respect their time ...

I DON'T recommend this clinic to others at all. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hamilton Clinic. They provided us with incorrect information about my mom's appointment time, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. We didn't receive any confirmation email or call for my mom's appointment. when I tried to contact the clinic, they were completely unresponsive. First appointment they left a voice mail and asked us to confirm I tried many times to call and confirm but no response. They call us later telling that we didn't call to confirm and the appointment date had changed for the next month. It's clear that there is a lack of communication between the clinic and the patients. Additionally, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I expected better treatment as a patient. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with the service provided at Hamilton Clinic and again would not recommend it to others.

Like many others wrote before me, lukewarm experience... Great doctor but lackluster staffing. Don't know if Dr. Hamilton is the one hiring the front desk personnel but I sure hope she reads this... Patients are not retail customers but ''real'' people seeking help and comfort and as such should be treated with dignity and respect! If given a choice NONE of them would want to find themselves in his or hers' predicament. I'm not going to comment or disclose my personal situation but I would strongly advise Dr. Hamilton to start recording her outgoing calls for what many would politely say '' training purposes''. Your receptionists are hurting your business' image and make it down right unpleasant to talk to. I will not be referring people to your establishment until this is remedied. Have a nice day!

Saw one of the doctors about 2 weeks ago, I was given a prescription for something I already am taking, when I spoke to the receptionist, she said send an email with your question. I did that, got a reply saying she forwarded it to the Doctor and will reach out when she hears back. 2 weeks later nothing, I left a voicemail, no answer. I called today got through to the receptionist and explained I need a different prescription, she said in a extremely rude tone "I already forwarded your email to the Doctor and now you are calling me, I will reach out when I hear back" she can't just go into her office knock on the door and ask for a new prescription? It took me about 1 YEAR to finally get an appointment with the Doctor, so do I have to wait another year just for a new form? Very unprofessional.

Phone service is horrific! For 4 weeks I've been calling every day and at different times, trying to rebook my appointment. One day, I called 25 times (different times). All you will get is the automated phone system: press 1, press 2, etc... if you want to speak to the receptionist press 0. Then, the system goes back to the same manue. If you press 1 - if your doctor one of the 2 doctors, then Press 1 to rebook/make appointment. After pressing 1, the system goes back to main menu. I work and I don't have time to be wasting my time on this sort of nonsense. Will try to get a different specialist.

Front desk service is not at all good. Hard to get appointment with Dr. Mo and had to pay hectic fee for being late for the appointment, people work here not at all understandable towards patients there. It’s hard to get appointments in the first place. Management not interested to take any actions on the issues patients face there. I think there are better clinics out there than miserably stuck in this one.

This may have been the best medical experience of my life. From referral being made through to making a follow-up appointment, everyone at Mirus was so kind and friendly. The environment is clean and warm, Dr. Mo took the time to look and ask questions and showed a great deal of empathy throughout our conversation, and the receptionist was gracious in both welcoming me and booking my follow-up appointment.

I have been seen by one of the doctors here for a few years and the service is appalling . Just today I tried to call for an appointment to refill my medication and was told I have to go and wait at an urgent clinic how does this help me or the people who have to use that service for real emergencies , they can't even get a replacement doctor from crying out loud . Not impressed

Earlier in the year I asked my GP to refer me to Dr. Mo since my dermatologist had retired. Today was my second visit, I find Dr. Mo to be very professional, knowledgeable and takes her time doing the examination and gives a very thorough explanation. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good doctor who cares to get a referral to her.

Absolutely love Dr. Mo. She is so positive and inviting. However, the staff upfront make it impossible to schedule appointments via phone. I have never been able to get through on the phone and I have been coming here for a year. Extremely frustrating when the office is not close to home and can't rely on someone to pick up the phone.

Never can contact anyone at this location. I call and call to get information on my appointments and no one ever answers the phones. Was suppose to be sent a email with my information and nothing was sent. Im forced to have to drive there ever tome i need ro speak to someone.

Dr. Danielle Hamilton is the best Dr. I've seen in more than 10 years. I suffer from many skin issues and most of previous doctors couldn't even give me the proper diagnosis let a lone giving the right medication. She cured all 3 issues I had in one visit! Amazing.

What a wonderful experience. I was referred by my family doctor to have some sun spots removed . Dr. Hamilton explained the procedure to me very well and we had an excellent and interesting conversation. I would recommend her to anyone needing her services

The receptionist are horrible aparently I had an appt with the WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL FOR and now I have to pay $100. When I went to call them about it they hung up the phone in my face.

It is a disappointing little office with paid parking (surprising for the location), and extremely disorganised. That all being said, both Dr Hamilton and Dr Mo are lovely people.
