Mirzo Boutique Hotel

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. As soon as I came in I thought 'wow'. I loved the design and architecture of the building and the garden. You feel like you are transported to another time and place in history (silk road). It is a clean and well maintained property. The location is excellent and you can get to the old town and new town easily. Many attractions are nearby also. The rooms are great! The bed is comfortable and you can tell that they have paid attention to detail. There are plug sockets in convenient locations. There are different room light settings and air conditioning. Similarly there is matching room furniture. There is a safe to lock away personal possessions. There is also a laundry bag if you require your clothes to be washed. I particularly loved the showroom. It was spacious and luxurious with a range of complementary toiletries. They clean and make up the room every day - something alot of hotels don't do anymore. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I would like to particularly thank the receptionist called Muhammad Aziz. For a fee I asked him to take me on a day tour of Tashkent. I recommend you do this if you want to see as much of Tashkent as possible. I can honestly say you will enjoy your stay here.

Struttura ricavata in un REALE ed elegante edificio storico, ubicata a due passi dal Chorsu Bazar e vicina al centro, per quanto sia difficile localizzare un centro tradizionale in una capitale come Tashkent, con posti significativi diffusi a macchia di leopardo. La pulizia è maniacale, le stanze molto belle ed accoglienti, così come tutta la struttura. Noi avevamo la possibilità di godere in un piccolo giardino, molto ben curato, cui la sera ci lasciavamo cullare dalla temperatura più mite. Hotel molto curato e silenzioso, con personale discreto e sempre molto disponibile per ogni necessità. Le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata, che funziona alla perfezione ed un efficientissimo frigorifero, cui non si potrebbe fare a meno, viste le temperature altissime in questa stagione. Mi hanno sorpreso i pavimenti ed i rivestimenti, tutti originali, senza dozzinali plastiche made in China. Il personale parla perfettamente inglese. La colazione è sempre abbondate, anche con meno ospiti. Mi sento di consigliare, magari, un pò più di prodotti tipici, di cui il turista curioso come me va in cerca. Prezzi contenuti rispetto all'insieme e tanta tanta cortesia. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Wonderful experience at Mirzo Boutique Hotel thanks to Oybek and his father. This family-run hotel has nothing to envy to other major hotels... quite on the contrary, everything was set for us to enjoy our stay in Tashkent: well-designed rooms and lobby, very attentive and professional staff, perfect location just 5mn walking distance to Chorus Metro Station and Bazaar. All in all, our new landmark for any trip in Tash!

Красивый и ухоженный отель. Номера чистые. Есть на улице где посидеть и выпить чаю. Бронировала и оплачивала сразу через сайт картой, о чем пожалела. Приехали вечером в отель с ребенком, ребенок устал и капризничал после перелета. Заселяли нас минут 15, еще на месте сразу доплатила за поздний выезд . В итоге, открываем номер и я понимаю что номер не тот. Я оплатила Полулюкс, а нам дали стандарт… В ночь разбираться не стала из-за маленького ребенка, он устал и сразу уснул. В итоге на следующий день мне сказали так : «Извините, произошла ошибка, в ваш номер заселили других. В качестве извинений можем оплатить трансфер до вокзала или предоставить ужин.» . Чтобы вы понимали за номер я переплатила 6 тысяч, а трансфер на наши деньги стоит 300 рублей или ужин тоже примерно 700 рублей… деньги возвращать отказались. Поэтому снимаю оценку. Очень неприятный момент. Советую оплачивать на месте, чтобы так не попасть! Завтраки тоже небольшие, выбор маленький.

This hotel was a great letdown, esp. after the excellent hotel in Samarkand. The outside is grand, but the tiny cramped twin room was more like a laborer dormitory complete with cheapo furniture. Cleanliness poor - tons of hair and gunk under the permanent rubber footmat in the shower, dirty carpet, found previous guest's dirty socks on the floor. Smelly toilet. Seems to cater to naive western tourists with offers like a $20 ride to the airport (high end taxi is $3) Breakfast has the usual local pastry choice, all tightly wrapped with plastic and cold. There is a microwave to reheat but inside has never seen so much as a wipe, gross. Wifi virtually unusable. Front desk is nice enough but very concerned with the impression the review one might leave. That concern might be better spent on improving the property (but I guess they don't rely on repeat guests much)

Enjoyed our stay here. Check in & chek out experience was good & quick, receptionist speaks good English. Staffs are very helpful. Bed is clean & comfortable. Room is moderately clean; the table had black dust, other than this everything was good. Bathroom is clean, provided plenty of amenities- Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, shower cap, dental kit, shaving kit etc. Tea, bottle water & slippers are provided as well. The breakfast is included, varieties of hot & cold dishes are available. All desert items & cold dishes were wrapped & some of items were placed on top rack (not reachable), no servers were available. It’s inconvenient to unwrap all items. Restaurant sitting is very nice & we enjoyed dinner, breakfast here, food quality is good. The interior design of hotel is very nice.

This hotel is amazing, I love the architecture, love the feeling when we in a round room, we can feel the different of our voice. Run by a family. They really nice and responsive. What picked it out probably the breakfast here. Its one of the best cake I ever have in my life. Various cake, not much option for green but its was really amazing!! Also serve by the lady from the kitchen so nice and warm Thanks for making such an wonderful welcoming make us feel really pleasure in Uzbekistan. Wish the hotel and staff all the best!

Один из лучших отелей Ташкента! Хозяин отеля, историк, доктор наук замечательный собеседник. Угощает всех холодным компотом! Сотрудники отеля очень радушные. Отдельно хочу отметить сотрудника на ресепшен Азизбека (к слову он внук хозяина отеля), рассказал историю отеля, все показал. Завтраки изумительно вкусные, домашние!)) все горячее и свежее. Есть горячие блюда, САМСА, сезонные фрукты и ягоды, компоты.. Повар Зумрат поразила своим радушием и гостеприимством, постоянно интересовалась как нам завтрак, все ли вкусно, просила не торопиться, а спокойно продегустировать все блюда!))) Однозначно рекомендую! Однозначно вернусь в этот отель в следующий приезд в эту сказочную страну!!

Этот отель действительно весь пропитан узбекской традиционной стилистикой. От декора до обслуживания со стороны владельца и персонала - везде чувствуется местная культура. Однако стоит задуматься, действительно ли эта традиционность так популярна среди гостей. Не бронируйте самый дешевый номер: во многих других отелях, которые стоят дешевле, ванные комнаты в разы просторнее, чем сам номер здесь. К тому же, при выезде из отеля, персонал может попросить вас поставить им максимальную оценку и даже взять ваш телефон, чтобы сделать это за вас. Будьте бдительны!

Hotel ist ruhige Oase im grosstadtdschungel und sehr und unbedingt zu empfehlen. Unangenehm ist, dass direkt bezahlt werden muss, man das hotel nicht ohne Abgabe einer (sehr guten) Bewertung verlassen soll und vom Hotel bestellte Taxis viel zu teuer sind (halbe Preise realistisch!!! )

Очень приятный отель. Вежливый персонал. Хорошее обслуживание. Гостеприимство. Вкусные и сытные завтраки, кофе и сладости. В номере чисто и комфортно, каждый день уборка и свежая вода. Тихий район и ночью можно выспаться с открытым окном. Рядом в пешей доступности рынок ЧорСу, две станции метро, разные магазины, Ташкент Сити. Автобусные остановки. Приятно остановиться в хорошем месте в красивом городе Ташкент. Рекомендую к путешествию!

Fantastic, helpful staff. Good food for breakfast (great coffee; unfortunately the machine broke during our stay). Due to early pickups for day tours we were able to get breakfast boxes. Stayed in one of the yurts and had good rest and enjoyed the time there. The only hiccup was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom that was easily remedied by keeping the bathroom fan on at all times. It was easy to arrange airport pickup and return, and it was good peace of mind to have that. Would stay again and recommend highly.

Не отель, а восточная сказка!) На территории отеля есть внутренний дворик. Все очень красиво! Великолепно все в этом отеле: и номера, и внимательность и отзывчивость работников отеля, очень вкусная еда. Готовят сами, по нашей просьбе приготовили нам то, что отсутствовало в меню, при это все было вкусно. Единственным разочарованием для нас оказался тот факт, что в этом отеле мы остановились только на одну ночь! В следующий мой приезд в Ташкент буду останавливаться только в Mirzo Boutique Hotel! Спасибо вам огромное за отлично проведённое время!

Beautiful establishment with very tasteful decor and a charming inner garden The staff are very helpful, the room large and spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom, excellent WIFI signal, good breakfast. Отель понравился, он небольшой, в народном стиле. Расположение удобное, в старой части города, в центре, возле цирка. Номер большой, всё есть. Тихий двор, хорошо можно выспаться, кровать удобная. В номере есть чайная станция, отопление (мы были в апреле 2023, и было похолодание) , кондиционер. Сотрудники стараются помочь, идут навстречу Вашим пожеланиям, всё очень вежливо. Завтрак шведский стол, всё вкусно. Сервис на уровне. Рекомендую.

В центре города, 7-10 мин пешком до рынка Чорсу, через дорогу напротив Цирк. Очень красивый дворик в гостинице, превосходный сервис персонала. Но внимательно выбирайте номера, есть очень крохотные и не берите завтраки, готовят плохо, выбора никакого.

Номер маленький, ремонт свежий. Постельное и полотенца новые. В душе был сломан держатель для душа, но мне это не критично. Был набор дорожный, все необходимое. Вода горячая и хорошо бежала в любое время суток. Пополняли воду в номере каждый день, бутылка на человека. Завтрак отличный, разнообразный, наличие кофеварки. Территория отеля очень красивая. Расположение в центре, рядом рынок Чорсу. -

Excellent hôtel rapport qualité/prix. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le personnel très aimable et serviable, le cadre est agréable et très bien situé pour découvrir Tachkent notamment la vieille ville.

Hotel location on google map is a bit off. If taking taxi, ask driver to take you to Tashkent national circus. Its on zarkaynar st, across the street (west side) of national circus. Suggested the hotel to notify google for update to the correct location.

I stayed two times, amazing atmosphere, professional handling, freindly and lovely staff, great location, close to tashkent city ( boulevard ), restaurants, Charso Bazzar and bank for exchange. They provide and supply a variety of foods, they provide a freindly bucket transportation and city tours.

The manager and all the team are fantastic. They solve any problem you ask and make the best stay for you. Nice breakfast and beautiful garden.

They’re the best hotel ever. Great service, clean rooms, and staff are so kind especially MuhammadAZiz Abdulaziz. He supported me to coordinate issuing COVID19 PCR test certification with clinic. Their hospitality and consideration for guests are wonderful.

Прекрасный небольшой отель. Расположен в центре, в пешей доступности от рынка Чорсу. Красивый внутренний дворик, отзывчивый персонал. Завтраки вкусные. От отеля осталось только хорошее впечатление. Если еще окажусь в Ташкенте - остановлюсь только тут.
