I went in today to make a booking now that everything is starting to open up and thought I'd see when I could book a piercing appointment. The lovely young woman at the desk was so nice and bubbly! Turns out it was her first day and I think she was doing amazing! She set me up with the paperwork and took my payments, she was top notch! When I asked when I could have a piercing appointment, turns out the piercer was at the desk training the new receptionist, said she'd do it for me right then! She has amazing piercing skills, knows her job like the back of her hand! My piercings look amazing and the prices are great. And the service, by far, the best in any beauty parlor I have visited! Don't think twice about going here, just go and book!

Wouldn't recommend vouchers from this place they only give you 6 months to use. My daughter saved up and brought me a voucher from here for piecing for Christmas thinking it would have 12 months but no when I realised only 6 months I went in to H as very done and was sick was advised that it was not best I explained the the voucher they said they do allow another mouth. Due to my sickness I was still n oh t good the weekend before it expired. It expired on during the week were they close at 5pm am I work till 5pm so I could not get there. Rang today 3 days late in Saturday explaining I was 3 days over t by eye said bad luck would not honour. I think is poor will not recommend or go there again.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS SALON AGAIN. Please close down, we don't need you here and the service from the owner is a JOKE RUDE. BAD SERVICE. OH AND IF YOU TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID 19 AND DONT INFORM THEM THE SECOND YOU GET A POSITIVE RESULT THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. I LEFT THEM 140.00$ TO HOLD MY FACIAL BOOKING AND WILL NOW BE GETTING IT BACK THROUGH CONSUMER AFFAIRS I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE 0 STARS TO MISDEMEANOR LILYDALE I also never made a late cancellation but nice try in trying to cover up the disgusting treatment. I have put so many friends off getting services at your poorly run salon

I have been pierced at Miss Demeanour (in Lilydale) twice and both times they have gotten very infected and I'm still having trouble with them even though one of them is a year old (and i did all the aftercare they suggested, I've been taking really good care of them) Also everyone that i know whos got a piercing from here has had trouble with it, i was really disapointed :/ but i will say that the customer service was very very good!! I'm sure this doesn't happen to everyone maybe I'm just unlucky ;(

Charlie is such a lovely caring person, she makes you feel so comfortable. Chantelle has been so fabulous to deal with she is very customer focused and prompt with her communication. All in all it has been a great experience from start to finish. All the staff there are so ready to help with anything you need. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and I walked out with one and a half brows, I’ve been there before for a brow wax and was great but will never be going again I’m to embarrassed to go in public right now without drawing the rest of my brow back on. Was also disappointed to walk out with wax still everywhere around my brows. Wish I would’ve looked before leaving the store so disappointed and embarrassed

got my thirds (lobe) done here, one side was okay, but the other was definitely not. i have had several piercings (done elsewhere) and had no issue... my left lobe is still not healed, swollen, sore and infected. i have done all the aftercare necessary and even taken antibiotics. still hasn’t healed even after around 7 months of having the piercing !

Would not recommend this place for piercings. I think $40 for a lobe piercing is a rip off compared to other places. Not only that, they had run out of anti septic spray so I had to run to the chemist and spray my ears afterwards. They give you another set of jewellery for free, but its the same ones they used for the piercing so that's pointless.

I had a wonderful experience when getting my waxing done here. Friendly, experienced, charismatic service. I was made feel welcomed upon entering. The store is very inviting with a lovely colour palette, warm lighting, informative products & engaging staff. I will return again. All the staff were very professional and gave their full attention to what I wanted. The prices are great and have a wide variety to choose from for piercings. They have great management and are very fast with getting people booked in and are very clear with the policy's I will be coming back here if I need anything done.

I have had about 5 piercings done at Miss Demeanour, every single one of them I have no had one issue with besides when it was my own fault. They are professional and get them done quickly! Would never go anywhere else now since I’ve been there! Highly recommend for piercings and the piercer is so nice aswell!

I have been to a few lash techs over the years and had to find a new one as mine who i love returned overseas. So happy I was referred to Miss Demeanour, Brylie is fantastic, my lashes came out looking better than I imagined. Highly recommended her and will become a regular client of hers from now on.

Brilliant service! I feel absolutely horrible for not remembering her name, but the lady who served me was professional but also so warm and friendly she made me feel very comfortable - which was impressive considering how nervous I was. She did a brilliant job too. Wont go anywhere else again :D

Went back today to try eyebrow waxing here after 4 years. Terrible experience. Wax too hot ran down my face, my eyebrows are totally wrong shape now, one brow much shorter than other and they change $25. Staff need to be trained and provide much better service and results!!

The ladies here are always lovely and their work is outstanding. They're professional but really friendly people. I have been going here for years now and always leave happy. Lauren and her team are amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough!!

Very quick and as painless as a wax can be, the therapists are all really friendly and really help you relax. Also purchased a beautiful scented candle and it makes the whole house smell just divine!!

Went in for waxing. Saw a lovely girl called Bianca. It was quick and pretty much pain free. Very friendly and professional.

Very well priced, however the treatment can be hit and miss depending who you get. Lauren is fantastic (and painless).
