I’ve been many times in this building over the years for many different reasons. Dealt with many staffers, always got excellent, fast, courteous service. People who gave bad reviews to City Hall are too much bored and have nothing else to complain about. I find stupid that someone rates looks of the building not service. One reviewer gave 3 stars and wrote that actually never been inside City Hall. How dumb it is? Like rating a cake 3 stars you actually never tried. Why posting worthless review to waste the time of those who are looking for helpful information. All those who find landmark dated and in need of renovations probably will think that Colosseum in Rome and Museum Louvre in Paris should be renovated since they are so dated too. lol ! Landmarks are timeless and should be appreciated just like beautiful City Hall. By the way this building is grandiose, modern, very specious, looks nice inside out, great Mississauga landmark.

If you are considering a simple and inexpensive wedding, you could book with the city hall. The venue has a capacity of around 50 people. Since I had an international marriage, I didn't have any family or relatives here. So, we decided to register at the city hall. The whole process was quite smooth and fast. First, you have to purchase the marriage license. Once you have the marriage license, you can call the hotline and book the chapel. They can offer their officiant (at an extra cost) or you can bring your own. Then, you will have 30 minutes to use the venue. We were satisfied because we just wanted to register first and then have more spare time to organize another local and overseas dinner later. Highly recommended!

Received bill couple weeks ago from revenue and material management. saying taxs charged. Don't know which tax it is... Can't you just mark land taxes... And the customer service is extremely rude..We tax payer paid your salary. You can't even nicely answer a phone call..

Very unattractive building, could be made a lot better considering how much tax dollars the city receives. Mississauga itself will receive bad reviews because of it's terrible city parking enforcement and its parking officers, it is simply unlawful and corrupt.

Had my business license renewed. The staff were very friendly and professional, also I was surprised to get my actual license on the spot, usually you have to come back later or get it by mail. Thumbs up for fast service.

La gente que atiende aquí es super amable. Esta justo en el centro, a unos pasos de Square One y Celebration Square. Además de bonito, es un lugar importante por los diversos trámites civicos qué sé hacen en este lugar.

No garbage pickup around the city on weekends and 311 doesn't work either. By the time Mondays roll around, the city is covered in garbage. Gave up on trying to pick up garbage myself.

CANNOT GET THROUGH to animal services dispatch on weekends/holidays. There are wildlife in urgent need of care what the hell are we paying taxes and annual licence fees for!!

Friendly staff that works inside Mississauga city hall. Went to get a marriage license was pleased with the great customer service that was provided .

I got married there and it was beautifully now I'll see if there just as helpful need my marriage certificate and my husband death certificate

Perfect for the winter I go to the skating rink all the time. For all the people that love to ice skate I totally recommend this place

Not really an attractive building from the outside - unlike Toronto's Old City Hall. Even Toronto's new City Hall is more attractive.

Crooks... they charge hotel stay Municipal Accommodation Tax 4% and then on top of the total amount they charge HST 13%

if your taxes are late. the city calculates 18% interest charge. that is usury and criminaI

Sorry, but the building exterior is lousy. It does not attractive at all.
