I have requested for a battery replacement for my Casio G shock watch on 15/02/19. Me having the knowledge about replacing the batteries in a watch, i have politely asked the person regarding the batteries they use and is it the same specs as the manufacturer recommended batteries. The person at the counter was extremely rude and on my face answering all my concerns about my watch. His attitude to customers is pathetic, living in a country where everything has a service charge considering the labor costs, I’ve asked him if the charges are including batteries and replacement or just the batteries. He had a problem answering that as well and replied back rudely saying EVERYTHING WE DO IS ALL INCLUSIVE OF CHARGES. Do you expect the customer to imagine that you’re costs are all inclusive? Owning a $550 watch, i have my own concerns about how the watch will be handled and repaired. I ended up paying and replacing my batteries but I’m not happy with the service. The person needs to understand that not everyone buys a watch just for the sake of having a watch. Next time I’d rather leave the watch with a dead battery instead of approaching this service. Extremely disappointed with the service and will never go back.

To anybody that needs anything key related done, THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE KEY GUY IN MELBOURNE!!! Robin went above and beyond the call of duty!!! My key broke off in my car lock, and offered me as many solutions as were available to him, even though getting keys out of locks is not actually his line of work. I then had an auto locksmith come who tried to charge me $300 for a key, when Robin said I can cut it for you for $49.95....this is an absolutely massive difference. So with all the ease and professionalism a person has only after years in this line of work, HE CUT ME A KEY WITH A BIG SMILE ON HIS FACE AND SENT ME ON MY WAY......Mister Minit as a franchise should be greatful to have such awesome staff representing their brand....

Hours said open till 9pm, so went to the shop at 8:15. Told the guy I need my watch strap replaced. He goes, “it’s either I’ll do it now for $10 or come tomorrow and I’ll do it for free.” I asked him why is that and he said that he already closed the shop at 8 but yet there he was asking for ten dollars to change the strap right then and there. I told him that it does not make sense and then he just told me that I complain about this to whoever I want to. I’m usually easy with reviews but it the unpleasant customer service that prompted me to write this one. So, if you can, fix your hours online and then the staff’s attitude if possible.

I don't usually write reviews for every place I go to, but this one is different. I went today to them to replace my car keys batteries for both remote controls, I've tried to change the battery for one of them at home but it didn't work even tho the battery was new. So I went there and " James " the guy who works there fixed it and he charged me for one only as it turns out I didn't flip the new battery for the 2nd key remote. He was very honest. Keep up the good work. It's good to see this.

Excellent customer service and skill! Robin went over and beyond in helping me with not only topying the shoe soles but also finding the right cushions for my BOSE headphones and making them brand new (this wasn’t even his regular service but he researched and fixed something so many tech stores refused to help revive). Highly recommend the service and will be their customer for years to come!

Fully recommend for all services and customer service. Very friendly staff. I was looking for someone who can engrave my ring which was really hard and rejected from so many places from some rude guys but thanks to Ajit for doing it and I am very happy with his great customer service which is hard to find now a days. Would love to go there again for all the services.

Prices are absolutely shocking. Quoted $100 to reprogram a garage key. The same model is $50 retail and there are imitation models for $10 online. When I asked if I could buy the remote and program myself, he said $100. I said is there a cheaper option and he said no. I've got a working remote for $10 now thanks for the help mate

Very professional and friendly service, took my shoes in for repair he fixed them within the hour although he seemed very busy. Did a perfect job at a very fair price. great workmanship. Absolutely appallig service. Ridiculous price quoted to sharpen knives, unable to speculate when the job would be done. Went to alternative key cutting/knife sharpening booth elsewhere in the same shopping plaza. Job was done in 15 mins and exactly half the price quoted at Mr. Minit

This guy changed the batteries in my gshock and It filled up with water. I took it back this morning and no sorry nothing no attempt to repair or resolve the problem. So I will report it to consumer affairs tomorrow and let them follow it up . This place is not worth 1/2 a star

Robin fixed my car keys, and it was absolutely awesome job what he's done. I had a trouble with my Mitsubishi car keys, one is broken and had to change with the new casing and the spare key also I lost the microchip. Price is affordable and well done, friendly staff members.

Brought my Tissot watch for a battery replacement & they couldn’t even close the back after opening,gave me my watch back in pieces,luckily Shoe Express in the next complex fixed it & were very professional.I’ll always go Soe Express from now on

Went to go get my car key shell replaced as their website touted it as a 'cost effective' option. I do not consider $80 to replace this as a cheap option. Staff member didn't seem to care about anything.

Warning warning do not go to this place to have your keys cut house keys I was charged $20 for 2 house keys bloody well over priced please don’t go here thay are ripping people off

Went in to get the battery of my car key replaced. Was asked to pay in cash and was not even given an invoice on request. Service guy made an excuse about broken card machine.
