We had a lot of work done electrical box replaced, outlets moved, can lights installed, and much more. During the install of the can lights the hole was cut part way until it was noticed they hit a hoist. They then redrew the marks in front of the joist and cut again. I had to give them putty to fill in cut and they were to come back and remove the marks and clean ceiling the next day because they had to leave for day. Now 3 days later no call and no repairs made and my brand new house now has a terrible looking ceiling. Additionally, after we were sold all of this work, day 2 they were to come back at 9am. 9AM came and went, 10, 11 came and went and I finally called. They said they were finishing up on call and on way. Well that was not true either and I had to call back two hours later after they did not arrive and they told me the same thing. Finally after nearly 7 hours they arrived. We sat at home all day waiting for them to show when we could have been elsewhere. They supposedly pride themselves on being on time but I felt after they had my business and made over $10k then it did not matter. They guys working were very professional and we enjoyed their company but was not their fault the company put them on other calls and also did not send them back to finish (and still have not called or came back.). I also had different size of box installed and now my wall has huge gap in it we need to repair as the company I guess does not make repairs to the wall. This type of stuff makes me feel like we were taken advantage of and once they got our money we were no longer important. Very very poor service and follow up, and I would not recommend this company at all. I would recommend the techs they did good work and friendly and we’re very professional but was not their fault they were not allowed to come back to fix their issues and our house the way we had it. I called today and was told the operations manager would call me or send someone out Monday. It is now EOB on Friday and still no call back from manager. Additionally, we can’t just expect someone to show up Monday without making appointment and at this point I’m not sure if even having an appointment will matter if we have same experience as last time and waited 7 hours.

Pros: Friendly, punctual, easy communication and problem addressed (solution: I didn't turn the breakers all the way off before turning on) Cons: Was told it would be a free estimate, and initial service fee waived. Get charged $198 dollars for failing to turning off/on the breakers properly, let alone being informed of the simple fix BEFORE the "work" started. More prodding to check for issues. Conclusion: I would've been more inclined to enroll/ and requested further service such as adding a surge protector but the manner in which I was charged an exorbitant fee for something I--in my line of work--- would've waived entirely or charged for a more appropriate diagnostic/service call fee, definitely makes me less inclined to use them in the future. But then again, maybe this is how all electricians operate?

I cannot say enough good things about Mister Sparky! We bought a house and had them come out to inspect everything. They were extremely professional. We had a tech named Nicholas who explained everything to us and we had them come back and do all the work. Nicholas worked hard as did his helpers, he explained things to where I would understand, the quality of work was excellent and even paid attention to "how it would look", he worked extremely hard while he was here and the pricing so very affordable. We have found our electricians for any work we need done and will definitely refer them to friends and family. Personally we will always ask for Nicholas, he has earned our trust in our home.

I had an emergency outage on a Friday night at 11 pm. Found Mister Sparky via Google search and the customer service rep was very helpful in explaining pricing, options, etc. and scheduled me for Monday but also added me to Saturday’s wait list. I received a text with Bradley’s name and picture and a link to track arrival on Saturday morning. Bradley arrived within the stated time window and I also received a call saying he’d be onsite in 20 minutes. He was professional, informative and led me through all of my options. The repair work was completed faster than I thought and included clean up. I was very impressed and happy with the service I received from beginning to end.

Darrell was very concerned with my safety as he gave me an estimate and conveyed the importance of my old breaker box being replaced. It was much appreciated. BJ was so awesome he was kind, patient and friendly. He even got along with my cat that is very shy usually. They made sure that everything was explained to me and everything was good before they left. They replaced an old unsafe breaker box and a couple outlets that were bad. Thank you to both guys The only reason there were not 5 stars was the cost. It seems alittle high. Otherwise I was very satisfied with my service I already have a list of future jobs and I will definitely request BJ be my tech.

We had Dustin out to help with a ceiling fan install. He was so nice and professional! He explained everything in detail and answered all questions we had. Normally I’m uneasy with “professionals” telling us what is going on in our house because I’m not well versed in those areas and I don’t want to get taken for a ride with being sold things we don’t need. I honestly don’t think he did any up selling and with his explanations we felt comfortable with his recommendations on other projects around the house. We will absolutely use them for all future electrical work as long as the other electricians are as awesome as he was!

Sparky with no malarkey, should be turn to around, to malarkey with a lot of sparky, I had 8 wall plugs that work, but just looesthe man from wanted 1,998 dollars to fix then, they are all upstairs In steadhe go's down stairs an takes one of the wall plug ,that has never been used and takes a picture of it,and tells me that it will be 1,998 Dollors,to fix them ,then I call the manager, and he tells me that the contractor that did the down ,did it all wrong, if I were you ,do not get this company to do any work for you ,or you will be paying more money , Mister Sparky IS NOT WORTH IT,THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU LET THEM

I was upset at first (since I have been out of my dusk to Dawn for 2 weeks now) because I could not get a light during this visit, however Dustin Hayes/Travis Kelce explained the other guy would be here Monday and I don’t have to be home. I live in a crime filled area and light is very important. I went ahead for the pack light $860 total that would light the entire backyard where there is complete darkness. I was told I have a 5 year warranty and they would come out if there’s any trouble for this kind of money I expect good service. My other light lasted 31 years I only changed the light twice now that was serviced!

I am very satisfied with the job Mr. sparky did at our home. We needed complete new service from the electrical pole into our home. Bradley came to our house first and discussed the job with us. Matt Messinger coordinated the work and was very helpful in describing what steps were being done. This was a big job, and everyone who was here to work on it was fabulous!!!!! We had to have the yard trenched, and our patio cut to restore power. We were impressed by the work ethic of all employees. I can’t remember each employee’s name but rest assured I was happy with all of you!

I was able to have a Mister Sparky Technician scheduled to come by in less than 24 hours! My Electrician, Nicholas, was amazing! In one hour he was able to diagnose problems that have been plaguing us for months. He explained everything he found, in great detail, was patient, and knowledgeable about how to fix everything, with safety and provided 3 options for consideration, literally just a few hours after he left. Am VERY impressed, and would highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone needing assistance with home electrical issues.

Would hire again *Update* After meter cans were installed I had to hire another company to complete the job because they were in a constant argument with Evergy and I was days away from having my power turned off. The permit wasn't pulled until I called to check and had to call again to schedule my inspection. They had to come again to rewire my electrical panel that they installed and wired incorrectly and was lucky it didn't burn my house down. Very nice guys but would not hire again.

Bradley was timely and comprehensive on providing a bid. We have signed them up to do our work next week! Today Robert Groom was here and did an excellent job! He was very professional, and did everything in a quick fashion focused on technology. Nov 2023 update new appointment Today Michael came to work in a doorbell. After some false starts with other appointments Michael the operations manager took initiative and came out himself. He did a great job and his work was most appreciated.

Mister Sparky is a wonderful company with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The woman who answered my phone call and got me an appointment the same day was so nice and easy to talk with. Our electrician was punctual and so helpful! He was able to fix our issue that day and gave us great advice for the future. I will forever use this company for all future electrical issues. I definitely recommend them! The job will be done right and it will be done efficiently! You can’t go wrong!

Dustin came early and evaluated the situation. He called Evergy to make sure it is what they wanted him to do. Then he started working on the problem, which was the box pulled away from the wall outside and the wires needed to be tacked down. Before he started work, he told us how much it was and we paid him. He also said he might need to come back if it needed more work if effigy said so. So I am calling them to find out what’s going on. I was very pleased .wiDustin‘s mannerisms.

David Young was our electrician and he did a brilliant job in giving us a quote of all the work that needs to be done to get the job done properly. We needed to get the Tesla wall charger connected by installing a 240v connection which meant installing a new breaker and running that cable till the basement!When it came to the actual service he did an excellent job in finishing that up! He tested if everything was working as expected and I feel confident in the work that was done.

Other than having scheduled for Tuesday, November 7. We had a cancellation for today and they showed up calling ahead of time which we approved of the appointment. They arrived in time themselves and we were right to work after they discussed how they were going to get the job done. I am impressed with the ability to get the work done professional in a timely matter, stapling the wires to the wood and correctly, putting it into the power box neat and orderly.

Nicholas was able to come to the rescue when I found myself in a pickle when replacing my range. He was able to come out very quickly and assist with the install. He also took a look at my electric in the house and educated me on upgrades to my electric that are needed. The prices are fair and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! I was able to book an appointment quickly (same week). Daniel, the electrician, arrived within the scheduled appointment time, provided a thorough assessment and estimate, and actually completed the requested work the same day. A project that has been dragging on for over a year for us was completed in one day by Daniel. He was friendly, informative, and capable. Good experience, and it is so great to have this finally completed.

Mr. Sparky is such a great company . When storms hit recently, they added workers to help fill the gap of electricians needed, and I'm so grateful! I got to work with Nicholas and he was fantastic . My lead was through Angi's List, during the high volume seasons my area should not have been included in the service range due to it being an hour outside of the city. They have promised to update the system, and be more responsive if this issue happens again in the future.

James was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in conducting his inspection of the work completed a year ago in our home. He had a recommendation of electrical work that needs to be completed ASAP. James was helpful in figuring out what an unknown lightswitch went to and corrected a minor problem with the light. They didn't even look at the problem. They said our panel wasn't up to code and it would be 4500 to replace. Sketchy salesmen. My panel is up to code and another electronic fixed the problem in less than an hour.
