Francisco with Mister Sparky was excellent. He called ahead of arriving as promised. He was clean and totally professional looking, polite, and ready to listen. He had me show the issues, explained his plan, and got to work. We chatted but he was focused on the job. He explained his findings, some options for further repair, and his billing. Pricing was steep but fair, especially given his prompt visit. I won’t do electrical work so I’m willing to pay for a pro. I’ll look for another guy recommended to me - his mailbox was full - but would use Francisco and Mister Sparky again.

Chris, our electrician, was very professional and knowledgeable about our situation. We have an older home and he knew right away what was the best thing to do. My husband and I are very pleased with his work and also how quickly things were resolved. We decided to become members because of the great services offered. We look forward to having our home serviced by Mister Sparky/Wise Electric Control for many years. We highly recommend them.

Jessie was extremely professional and accommodating! Jessie and his team were a pleasure to work with. He came out and provided an estimate and installed all in one day! The whole team did outstanding work! It can be very precarious and tedious to install a light in a 2 story foyer. I am so pleased with their attention to detail, professionalism, and they even thoroughly cleaned up after installation. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Needed a few things done to replace major appliance and add ceiling fans. They were booked a few weeks out but had a last minute standby available which I accepted. They send a text when on the way. Cameron was very knowledgeable, detailed and proactive. Ceiling fans are nice. One was high ceiling installation.

Fantastic professionals. Three guys (Christian, Cody, and Brendan) came out to cover one problem. They tracked down the overload and took care of it in under an hour. Super friendly, professional, and completely knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Also give them a raise.

Kevin did a great job installing a switch for our recirculation pump. He also checked all our wires to make sure our center was safe. I'm so grateful for that as an extra measure. This was a great experience and I will use them again. BBMA Assistant Director Vivion

Drew was AWESOME!! He explained what was happening and what needed to happen to get my Smoke/C02 detector replacements to work properly in my home. He didn't mind me observing what he was doing or asking questions. He was VERY KIND,KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL!!!

Drew from Mister Sparky was fantastic. He came promptly in the middle of the night and helped us with an issue that needed immediate attention. He then returned early the next day to do a more thorough inspection. Highly recommend!
